Ho visto con piacere molti luoghi del tuo bel paese Luca risale al 3° secolo. AVANTI CRISTO. Fu sotto il dominio romano, saccheggiata da Odoacre. Tra il 500-700 occupata dai Longobardi. Nei secoli X e XI Lucca fu la capitale della Toscana. Fu occupata da genovesi, fiorentini, francesi e austriaci...

Orașul include o serie de piețe publice, Palate, vile Există multe biserici medievale, câteva la fel de vechi ca în secolul al VIII-lea, în formă de bazilică , cu fațade bogate cu arcade și campanile.
