What can we say? Adele writes beautiful songs for Angelina. Two classic beginner mistakes. Her voice has changed and this is my favorite song. Angelina has 1000 voices and the last song you hear is always the best.

Her voice didn't change that much, it's just that she sang this with one of her other voices. You will discover that virtually every song she sings sounds unique; she can be clean or raspy, high range or low, airy or full. You just have to listen to a few dozen more before you will fully appreciate her incredible vocal range.

Since you’re still new to Angelina, you don’t know yet how flexible her voice is. Yes, her voice has matured from when she was younger, but she chooses a voice that complements whatever she’s singing. She didn’t lose the rasp she had in I Put a Spell on You. She used rasp and attitude because that’s how she arranged the song. Here, she pays tribute to Adele with the belting and clean vocals, but it’s still Angelina’s version where she goes beyond Adele with the textures in her voice and the vocal runs that are uniquely Angelina. She is called the girl with a thousand voices for good reason. Try some of her earliest videos when she was 7 or 8 and you’ll be amazed at the different voices she gave us then. Summertime or Bang, Bang are amazing from that era. There are so many great songs-Angelina never disappoints you. My favorites are Angelina with just an acoustic guitar where you hear her beautiful voice so clearly. Try another Adele cover: A Million Years Ago is just spectacular. Or her cover of “Stay” will make you realize that you’re hearing one of the most beautiful voices in the world, coupled with Angelina’s ability to live the lyrics like no one else.

Angelina Jordan is not simply a singer she is a world class vocalist. Think of Shirley Bassey who is known for telling a story just through her interpretive vocal styles. Angelina Jordan gives another example in her cover of Heal The World of telling a story through vocalizations. Yes, her voice has matured from from when she was 9 in "Spell," but she hasn't lost her rasp or anything else, it's only gotten better. If she thinks rasp, or any other ornaments, are needed in a particular song, she uses it in just the right amount, not too much, not too little, but just right. She's known as the Angel With 1,000 Voices because she can assemble a voice to fit a particular song. I've heard reactors say 100's of times, "this song is a perfect fit for her voice." It's just the opposite, she changes her voice to fit the song. If you watch her live concerts, every song is different voice. Come potete leggere da altri commenti, anch'io confermo il fatto che Angelina utilizza la voce adattandola alla canzone. Quindi raspatura, chiarezza, sussurro, dolcezza, emissione di note estremamente basse, melismi e così via, si alternano magicamente nella miriadi di brani da lei interpretati. Riguardo il fatto che negli anni sia migliorata sul controllo della voce, non vi è dubbio, ma è anche vero che a 7 anni la differenza rispetto ad altri bambini della sua età, è stato il fatto di cantare come farebbe un adulto o addirittura meglio trasmettendo calore e passione, cosa che nemmeno alcuni cantanti sono in grado di fare.

I Love Angelina

If she has ever gone through a change of voice, it's my belief that occurred when she was eight years old. She was also ill for quite some time while she was eight after singing, barefoot as per her vow, in freezing weather at the Nobel Peace Prize concert. Since that time she has expanded her range some, refined her control and continued learning from the greats, past and present.

Angelina colors her singing with vocal techniques... her pallet seems limitless. Raspy today, smooth tomorrow.

In nearly every song, Angelina presents a different side of her voice (sometimes completely different) as she believes the performance needs. She can "reflect" in her style nearly any artist she wishes. Hey Guys, Love the reactions! She can sound like Adele or Amy or any number of artists. She used very little rasp in this but that is because she performs songs with embellishments only to make a song connect more with the audience. Her vocal fry is still in her toolbox along with her vibratos and rich tones. You will see in her younger days where she may use vocal fry on some songs and not on others. It's just a choice she makes. To see her perform without the fry at 10 years old try "FEELING GOOD, Live on the Stream Gir Tilbake" with a full jazz band. It's a fan fave. Close your eyes and you would swear you are listening to a 30-40 year old seasoned professional. Of course, many would say she was already a seasoned professional by then. She has an upbeat original that was written for her that she released last January 2020 at 14 years old in an edm format that I'm sure you will love titled "ABOVE THE WATER". Listen to her on "Portrait of a Child," a jam session with some of the same musicians at around the same time as "I Put a Spell on You." Not a great recording, but her voice is strong and smooth. She's sometimes called "the girl with a thousand voices"; after you've heard a few more songs from her, the appropriateness of that moniker will become apparent.

Most beautiful cover. Angie is amazing. There is no comparable to her. She does her own version. I think you are rather new to Angelina Jordan and are basing your opinions on just the few song's you've watched/listened. She is a chameleon and uses different vocals for different songs. She has well over 100 covers out and her own songs, 7th Heaven, Million Miles, Shield are all very good and indicative of Angie's talents.

I watched you commenting on the fact that her voices changed with different songs. You are very observant. This is intentional other than the big change from age 9 to 15. Angelina has the unique gift that most artists do not, to adapt her style, tone, and pitch to The artist she is covering or the type of song she is covering. The amazing thing about her that can only be noticed watching a lot more songs is that almost everything in her voice is a product of choice. Vibrato style, raspiness, vocal color, key and probably a lot more. In her originals she probably shows a lot more of herself than when she's doing covers. This is absolutely true! Her “raspiness” hasn’t gone, it just wasn’t employed here. For proof, check out her cover of “I’d Rather Go Blind”. You mentioned the different voices to her singing over the years. She covered over 60 famous singers, you can find over 120 coversongs on YT. A vocal teacher comment, she is one of rare singers, who are able to change the color of their voices and she does it very well. She is also a wonderful songwriter. You should listen to her own compositions as well. She is a gifted composer as well. A good place to start is her live version of "Shield". A song is a tribute to her mother(she was 12). It could easily the theme song of a James Bond movie. Then you have the live in Studio "Million Miles"(she was 14) and her latest the live in studio "7th Heaven)(she was 15) a more upbeat jazzy/pop song. All 3 are excellent songs and show-off different sides of her voice and style of music.Enjoy!

Be careful to pinpoint Angelina's voice. She sings different genres and sound then differently. Try her 4 songs on NGT when she was 7 and won it when she was 8 and then listen to some of the other more than 130 covers and her own songs. If you listen to her newest song that she wrote and was released this year, " 7th Heaven", she has a different vibe and then there is also " Million Miles ". Thank you for your reaction.

7th Heaven would be good choice but it was released under contract and you probably will have copyright issues. Check her cover song channel. "I'd Rather go Blind" is voice you should hear.

So nice that w get English subtitles :-) I agree with everything you say, but I wonder if Angelina is not just able to switch her tone as she pleases; if she wants to sing Amy Winehouse, she can sound like that as well now. If she wants to be Lana del Rey, she can switch, and if she wants to sing Jazz, she can sound like Nina Simone..... so the real discovery is maybe that she is a chameleon of sounds. Also- both covers of Rihanna's somgs: Stay and the full "practice" version of Love on the brain. All are fairly recent and you'll find her rasp and grit are still very much alive and well! Another great reaction... but... there is still much to see/hear, and Angelina hasn't lost the rasp-yness, it just wasn't needed on this song. I don't have much to add to the many comments from other fans about her versatility and vocal flexibility. Like Roxy I have a huge place in my heart for I Put a Spell on You, it was just about the most incredible thing I've ever seen. But like everyone agreed, Bohemian Rhapsody was completely different from this. Roxy maybe I was a little harsh. You did say you liked her younger voice better . And the guy said he thought her timbre I'm taking that to mean tone? Would stay the same in future recordings. That's what I disagree with. She sings almost every song diferently. That's why she is so amazing she continues to surprise with every song whether she writes it or covers it thers no one who can interpret the way a song should be sung better then Angelina. Just wanted to add this is just my opinion which doesn't mean much to anyone but me anyway.

Enjoyed visiting Italy in 1971 . . . Naples & Rome . Sunny & warm in July . A n g e l i n a ? ? F a n t a b u l o u s ! ! ! She is difficult to explain . Thanks.

HO ELIMINATO IL MIO COMMENTO di una settimana fa perche mi è sembrato che non lo abbiate gradito (niente cuoricino). Se volete un consiglio spassionato dovreste ascoltare un mashup apparso di recente su KZread: Angelina Jordan (13) ft John Legend "All of me" io pur conoscendo tutte le cover di Angelina sono rimasto affascinato nell'ascoltare le due voci sovrapposte che diventano indistinguibili. Vale la pena ascoltarlo.

Potreste reagire a "one day"= "un dia" di dua Lipa bad bunny e j balvin🥺👉👈e "mia"di drake e bad bunny👉👈🥺🥺

siete stati molto striminziti nel giudicare questa canzone cantata magistralmente, molto molto meglio dell'autrice che per quanto brava sia Adele, non da lo stesso calore che invece trasmette Angelina che canta da Dio, e a parer mio non siete in grado di giudicare un bel niente!!!

Le opinioni possono essere diverse, non c'è niente di male in questo. Però lei ha usato toni abbastanza aggressivi e fuori luogo, soprattutto considerando che non abbiamo detto nulla di particolarmente negativo. Le ricordo inoltre che noi facciamo reactions, non recensioni. Noi abbiamo giudicato molto meno di quanto non lo abbia fatto lei nei nostri confronti. Buona serata.
