The hotel was absolutely phenomenal.. I've never heard of an entirely vegan hotel but that makes me so happy that places like that actually exist. I wish that I saw this guide before I took my trip throughout Italy - especially Life Bistro..what a beautiful concept! I felt as if I was in Italy with you owing to the wonderful footage(:

I remember my very FIRST vegetarian restaurant in the early 80s in SIENA. Apart from that oasi, it was a very hard life in those days for a non-meat eater. Glad to see that things are changing at long last

We were so surprised too!!! 😍😍 it was very bad when we left Italy to move to Australia. And now every time we come back to visit we find so many positive surprises in terms of vegan options!!

I sure do miss Italy i use to have a properly near Lago d’Orta, the food is amazing & its such a beautiful country!

@@VeganTravelDiaries i would absolutely love to, i also lived near the border for years but its not cost effective to fly with 5 kids any time soon. Maybe when i retire and all my kids are grown! I miss many parts of Europe so much!

Wow so cool to find a 100% vegan hotel!! Whoohooo The castle with the vegan menu would be awesome for a vegan couple getting married. I love how you show the maps. I'll be in Italy next year for a cruise leaving from Rome, in May, so I'm glad you added it in this video. I love that some of the tuscan dishes are naturally vegan. How awesome is that. The cat cafe is so awesome!! will see if I can convince the non vegan family to go there for lunch. I'll have to watch this again next year before I travel there. Oh and I love love love all your off the shoulder shirts! I'm totally buying one when I'm there next year :)

i love the B footage in the video the video is set the seen so well and tell a little bit of a story and it amazing you are making videos showing the vegan side of Italy i wish they was more video like this to people out when the travel anywhere x

I miss traveling so much, when I was a Freshman in college I traveled to Italy with my honors class and I wasn’t vegan at the time but if I had been it would have been amazing to experience some of these places. I guess this is a good excuse to go back!

Wow thanks so much for the guide! We were just in Abruzzo and Rome and made a two-part video. In rome we found Refugio Romano which was the best vegan restaurant we have ever been to! Have you tried Il Margutta in Rome aswell?

I think it really depends on where you’ll be moving to but generally it don’t be too hard especially if you will do your groceries etc 🥰 most supermarkets are well equipped with vegan friendly items. All the best with your new adventure ❤️❤️❤️

It’s my dream to live in Italy. The biggest problem for me is not finding vegan food but choosing the perfect place to live and being able to afford it as I don’t have an EU passport. Therefore, I’m jealous of anyone who can legally live and work there.

We have lived in Italy almost our entire life and at some point we sadly had to make the decision to move abroad. Italy is a beautiful country for holidays but living there isn’t and hasn’t been easy, especially in the last 10 years or so 😢
