The cheese looks like provolone. Other toppings seem to be quite variable, there was grilled zucchini/courgette, steamed (?) spinach, radicchio, tomatoes etc... looks really nice!

In my country name is ıspanaklı d börek in english spinach patty similar to letter d :) my grandmother says so to me and i was be happy at sight. Thank you lovely from Turkey ❤🙏

Evelyn Merchant in Mexico a quesadilla is a fresh ground corn tortilla (White or blue) with sautéed zuchinni, squash blossom flour, farm fresh cheese, and then a fresh tomato/chile/avocado salsa on top. There's no way ANYTHING Italian is better than that. 😍 This food looks ok...
