24 HOURS In NAPLES - Italian STREET FOOD Heaven - Pizza, Ravioli, Gelato & Fried Food
Join us as we dive into the heart of Naples, Italy , where every corner is alive with energy and flavor. In this bustling city, we take you on a whirlwind tour of its iconic streets, where the hustle and bustle create an unforgettable atmosphere.
Our journey begins with the savory scent of wood-fired pizza wafting through the air, drawing us to local pizzerias where we indulge in authentic Neapolitan pies straight from the oven. Next, is the world of street food, sampling the hot 'il cuoppo' - a cone filled with crispy fried delicacies that capture the essence of Naples' culinary culture.
But our adventure doesn't stop there. We satisfy our sweet cravings with creamy gelato and decadent rum baba cakes, experiencing the rich traditions of Neapolitan desserts. And of course, no trip to Naples would be complete without savoring the iconic polpette al ragu - tender Neapolitan meatballs swimming in an authentic ragu sauce.
As we meander through the city streets, we witness the artistry of pizza fritta being crafted and served at Pizzeria Sorbillo, a testament to Naples' deep-rooted passion for food. And for a quick bite on the go, we stop by an express food restaurant, where we sample an array of ready-made Italian dishes, from parmigiana to chicken, pasta, and flavorful side dishes.
Throughout our journey, we immerse ourselves in the unique character of Naples, soaking in its vibrant atmosphere and culinary traditions that have stood the test of time. Join us on this culinary adventure as we uncover the flavors and aromas that make Naples a true food lover's paradise.

Good decision! 😊
People go to Naples only to eat (not good place's choices by me in your video) 3000 years old city, 448 historical churches, 4 castles, 2 royal palaces, greek-roman-bizantine- medieval ruins, amazing views, more than 100 museums and people come only to eat and go to the spanish quarters and see Maradona's murales, what an end for a city famous in the past for it's culture, artisans, music, theatre, university, philosophy, nature and art. A capital for 600 years of the greatest state before the unification of Italy, now we are a street food capital for tourists. We deserve more.

Fair enough, but they shouldn't constantly increase the prices of museum tickets, if you want to draw people in. Plus someone from the city should also promote history and organize things. And you can't go for history on an empty stomach. 😊

Well, I will tell you that you are Exactly right about your comments. What this youtuber video's, is his own decision, so I won't criticize there. But one thing I will, is that there are too many murals, etc., etc., of Maradona. I mean, believe me I understand their love of calcio, but it's way overboard. Maradona is not important based on all the things you stated. He wasn't even Italian, let alone Neapolitan. Even if he was, it's still too much. They really need to do something about that, to me. It's very tacky in my own opinion. Naples, and similarly Sicily, where I am from, has a Big history, and that is what should be shown and promoted by these regions.

@@marcocarlson1693 I think that a good and professional traveller, when visit a new place, do good research about the history, culture and the best that a city has to offer. It depends not only by the promotions, if I will go to NY city I don't plan to go there only for New York rolls or NY style pizza. I think we need better travellers. In Naples there are lot of people that visit museums go for an artcard to have better prices for more museums or visit a free entry open museums like the historical churches around the city. But thanks to social media like this, the majority of influencers goes only for superficial things and food, that not promote a good quality tourism.
The food in Naples looks absolutely delicious! I would be in pasta & pizza heaven! 🍕 🍝 😋

Ice cream was invented in Italy by the architect Bernardo Buontalenti in the second half of XVI century, at the court of Caterina de' Medici in Florence. Not in Naples.
@AlexMarkTravel
29 күн бұрын
The modern ice cream with whipped cream, yes is most probably from Florence, the first ice cream in Italy was made by Romans using the ice from the Vesuvio near Naples. And even ancient Greeks from Naples were making it before Chinese, who had a variant of ice cream in 200BC. And Persians had ice cream in 500BC. So I was right and I was wrong, but the real Italian gelato is by far the best, who ever invented it and evolved it, though the ice cream roots are from around Naples probably. 🙂

Campania has everything...Sea, mountains, lakes etc. You can stay in Naples in a hotel or B&B and in the morning after breakfast, you can go to the port and take a ferry to Ischia, Capri, Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi etc.... All reachable in an hour at most! The real reason why other Italians hate us! 🌞🍹⛱

Street food is sold on cart with wheels; those shown here are RESTAURANT food.
@AlexMarkTravel
20 күн бұрын
Where is it sold on the cart in Thailand? This is almost all the street food, as it can be eaten on the street as well, pizza and especially fried pizza is street food. The fried il cuoppo we ate literally on the street. You can't expect in 21st century in Naples people selling pizzas, fried food, and cakes on the carts with wheels. Your definition is wrong, it is food you can eat on the street, on the go, etc.
I couldnt enjoy the video I was too fixated on the girl with the leopard print legging @ 1:04 (bottom left-hand corner) and the girl with what seems to be latex in black as pants a black tube latex top @ 6:53 (she in the center with her left foot on the step of the pizza place) IM DEFINITELY VISITING BUT FOR OTHER REASONS !!!
