These Italian party balls are rich and delicious Italian snacks recipe. They come out very tasty and crunchy. You just cannot afford to eat just one. The flavors of these italian snack are wonderful and they make a perfect party appetizer.

INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp butter
2 tsp garlic
1 small onion chopped
4 tbsp capsicum chopped
4 tbsp carrot chopped
3 tbsp boiled corns
4 tbsp maida/all purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
4 tbsp grated processed cheese
2-3 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese
Salt
Pepper
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp mixed herb seasoning/oregano
3 tbsp cornflour mixed with 1/2 cup water
1 cup bread crumbs
Oil for frying
