1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
2 tbsp cornflour/cornstarch
Salt
1/2 tsp red chilly flakes
1/2 tsp mixed herb seasoning
2 tsp ginger garlic
Some finely chopped onion
Some finely chopped capsicum
1 tsp lemon juice
Fresh coriander
