Hi Kanak I made this recipe yesterday. my friends and husband were crazy about it. here is an advice for the users regarding my experience: better let the potato cool in the fridge for at least one hour before adding it to the mixture. if u add it hot and creamy, the mixture will become very sticky which makes it necessary to add much more rice or gram flour.
