This video has had such a great impact on my life. I found it 4 years ago when I was 14 and my dream was to go to Cambridge. It kept me pushing through hardships and exams. . 4 years later, I am now in my first year at Cambridge and I keep coming back to this video when life knocks me down. This video helps me keep going. My dream is to become a film director one day. I hope that I can come back here in a few years and see how far I've come in achieving yet another dream.

I'm really happy and inspired by the comments here. I've never had social media until getting insta 2 years ago and realized my rationale for avoiding social media all those years was completely correct. It can be poisonous and change the reason you do things. Screw it. Live for you and those you love. Not for 'likes' and attention on social media. We will never be happy with a life that requires constant validation like that. Stay strong and do your best work in all your do. And don't compare to others. Compare to who you were yesterday and ask yourself if you are making things better.

I don't like the daughter example. Success requires a lot of sacrifice and I certainly am at the level of the people in this video yet, but couldn't he have brought the family with him (not everytime) leave them in a hotel or something. If she's gonna say something like that, then looks like time with Dad is lacking.

"You're gonna lose more then you win." Complete bullshit. All the greatest winners/athletes won more than they lost. Bad advice. One thing my dad taught me is that you have to have more wins than losses in life to keep going. Winning keeps you going. If Michael Jordan lost more than he won he would not have been considered great that's same with Kobe, Muhammad Ali, Roger Federer, Alexander the Great etc.
