I went to the gym for six months and drank no alcohol. I was doing well. But small sighs of depression sank in. For two weeks I was down. But I turned the corner very quickly. But as I was doing so, 2 female managers at work questioned my integrity. They sensed I might have been vulnerable and tried to strike and keep me down. This video gave me the strength to meal prep, shower and head off to the gym in the gusty wind and rain at 7am. Stay strong

I just finished writing for two hours at twilight. As I was writing for myself I didn’t know what it was for, or who it was for. Suddenly I realized it could be a book on coping with childhood trauma as a love story. Will share it with you all once I can. (30 days!)
