Part of the criminal law is;1. To be afforded a chance to present your case. 2. Defend yourself. 3. Present evidence. Aright to an unbiased presiding officer. 4. Cross question witnesses. 5. A right to mitigate the sanction. 6. A right to appeal the outcome.

Zondo lied as well saying he has no relationship with Zuma and the truth cane out when Julious Malema asked him specific, pointed questions at his interview to become the chief Justice... no one is talking about a lying chief justice... leading to deaths of black people during the unrest... SA judge for yourself

It has gotten to a point where people are not used to seeing Zuma subjected to law of general application. In the court of public opinion, Zuma must be subjected to “Zuma Law” hence the outrage.

Not a single person in this panel has said anything about Arthur Frazer. You would swear that President Jacob Zuma escaped prison and was later granted remission not to go back by Ramaphosa in order for JGZ to avoid finishing his sentence after the escape. President Zuma did not give himself medical parole. And parole does not mean "free from incarceration". All of this noise should be directed to Arthur Frazer and leave the old man alone!

Consequences... lets start with Phala Phala... where there is admission and clear evidence of the crime... use of state resources to go fetch process of crime... Zuma subjected himself to all legal processes

The ANC sure works hard to get people OUT of prison. I wonder if they do the same for the common man.

The show needs 2 hours since the public who were invited also participate... all of those on the digital platform must at least get 5 minutes to fully deliver their views 💯

I love Glennes but politically here she's DA. Want the court decision where if favors you and takes it to UN when it favors someone against you.

What does the law say?I don't know whether some white people or the so called clever black people read the law?It says a person cannot be tried twice for the same offence. He served his time(Period).PW Botha didn't bother when asked to appear before the TRC and slapped with a lousy R10 000.I hold no brief for Zuma he is not even my relative but on this one justice was seen to be done.

[Under community corrections, was never a free man] So how did a man who was under community correction "not a free man" how did he jet off to Russia for medical treatment? This ANC tell so many lies they get their nickers in a total not with BS>

I think most of the panelist were lost. The context here is about the remission of president Zuma. What actions are they talking about because he hasnt been found guilty of his alleged corrupt charges. Last night was about the contempt of court and the incarceration of Zuma. Not charges they want to allude to.
