Ingredients:
5-7 potatoes.
Cook for 10-12 minutes.
1 onion.
Olive oil.
Fry for 3-4 minutes.
1 carrot.
Fry for 5-7 minutes.
2-3 zucchini.
Cook for 10-12 minutes.
Water 700 ml. / 2.5 cups.
Cover with a lid and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Parsely.
Add 5 minutes before.
The soup is ready! Cooling down!
Mix well with a hand mixer.
Smoked Peppers.
Garlic.
