I think Seattle did a great job branding the team. It fits with the city and is recognizable. The colors are Unique without being garish. I dig it.

I agree 100%. They could have gone overboard with a cartoon octopus-like creature, but they didn't. It's subtle, and even somewhat traditional, with a little modern (tongue) twist.

The ocean creating hockey jerseys is like my sink magically cleaning my dishes. I've been trying to tell my wife we can't replace the sink because the one we have is special. I put dirty dishes in, and later they're magically clean and in the cupboard. Incredible!

NHL's new get you to buy more jerseys program, have green jerseys that biodegrade in 20 years forcing you to buy a new one

The one difference I've noticed with mine is that the NHL reflective button on the neckline seems a little more flat, less bubbly like on the climalite jerseys.

That red stripe on the sleeve really pops. The sleeves are my favorite part of these jerseys.

Wow, I'm usually not too into the white jerseys but I might have to reconsider my plan for a Seattle jersey. That logo on the white jersey looks absolutely fantastic.

You see the thing is. When the photos were first released I preferred the dark jersey. Having now seen the jerseys on video. I now like the white one much more..

I could probably wear a 42, but generally buy a 44. They are harder to find though. My Kings reverse retro I bought second hand, and could NOT find a 44, so got a 46. But the smaller sizes do tend to be sold cheaper. Which is nice.
