He beat a small man who is the undisputed champ at a weight he is also small at. The fact that a 5’8 man can even compete in this age as a Super middleweight and go to light heavy and give champs there a run for their money, Canelo fought Bivol with a hurt wrist, basically Bivol fought a 1 arm smaller man. They've never been serious about making that fight despite their talk of wanting it. Bivol and his manager actually said they were in talks a couple of months back but decided it wasn't financially worth it. But Bivol is out here dropping Beterbiev's name to deflect from passing on the Canelo fight.

Canelo is the one going above and beyond in this situation. He's already done it all yet moved up to fight Bivol even though that was the type of fight no A side fighter would take willingly, and he's willing to rematch him again at 175 even though everyone is saying it's not worth the risk. Bivol trying to change weight undermines the point of a rematch. Meanwhile it's just crazy that Bivol refuses to fight at 175 when he's only ever fought at 175 lol. Bottomline, Canelo has done it all and has nothing but options if Bivol doesn't want it. On the other hand, Bivol who's got more talent than resume is out here rejecting both money and the chance of adding to his resume just to be inactive.

You’ll be the worst manager in history with that advice lol. You can’t a-side the a-side. Canelo will always have options and for more money. bivol doesn’t have many options and he already rejected the beterbiev fight. If bivol decides to dictate terms then he will be left on the sidelines which seems to be what is happening

@@eliseoacosta5682I disagree. A manger has to care about what your fighter wants.Not just money. Bivol says he wants legacy. The fight against Bieterbiev will happen. They can't avoid each other. Now Canelo is a big paycheck, true that but you know what's worse. Bivol accepts a second fight against Canelo, losses thanks to some fraud judges and becomes the laughing stock for being the idiot that gave Canelo 2 fights for his title and Canelo put nothing on the table to risk. That will be embarrassing and no amount of money can help thst damaged legacy. Bivol shouldn't risk it. Also Canelo doesn't have much options. Why? Benevidez is waiting for his shot at 168.
