Looks really good for someone on a low budget.

The studio flat is cheap, though not much window but new, clean and central location. No need for the handyman/owner to do much sales talk, maybe he's just naturally friendly. The place is cheap.

I’ve stayed at Grey Hotel After watching your review in January. Told them I saw it through your video. But you can’t beat 600 pesos a night. This prolly the next spot I rest my head, thanks for the video!

Php 18,200 a month is not bad for what is basically Diamond Subdivision area.

That's about $305 usd per month. My friend in Pattaya pays $150 usd a month for a beach front condo which is half that. Thanks is for sharing.

The question is with air conditioning?? Or just fan? Because I saw the air cobditioned in the room but I believe is off, to put on will be cost more, that price is only with fan. With the hot weather will be imposible to sleep.

I would def stay here, it's so cheap. I usually stay max 2 weeks and go to other place and then come back 2 weeks again. This would be perfect

The owner is wrong because when he die the wife will take over his pension not full she’ll get 50% or more I admire him retired and have his own big apartment salute to the owner and very friendly also
