the internet is amazing, uploads in hotels was around 6 hours per vid, here it was 1.5 hours.. super fast optimum is the perfect word for a you-tuber like myself gotta keep the plate 😁

What’s considered long-term there? I’m looking to come April or May going to be looking for a place for a really furnished I do like your place looks good that would be on the high end when I decide to come. I did like the hotel you where staying . I don’t cook anyways just microwave lol. Looks like being close to walking street is close to you thanks

long term is usually 6 months or more.. apartment contract 2 months up front and security deposit sorta stuff.. hotel long term rates start at a month since they usually only rent short term 1 nite 2 nite a week or 2 not usually a month, so a few month deal in a hotel is good negotiations leverage actually most hotels around here can be walking distance or a quik trike ride to walking street 👍

Big question: I don't see any sheets on the beds or towels in the bathroom. Do we have to buy that stuff? We booked this hotel July 2023. Hope its worth it. So far it looks clean. Also did not see a restaurant in the hotel.

i believe mirror is for Women to step back and see full self..? mirrors in hotels must be a spectator thing 🤪 yes and the cctv..? this place is secure, guard against any questionable circumstances 🤷 bedroom is turnoffable

my old boiler snores I love the two beds and those prices are the best for a property of that high standard. If i was single again i would rent a place just like your one find a good girlfriend rent a small shop and set up a laundry business or electronics repair with a few pinoys and my girlfriends in side keeping an eye on things it would be a business relationship with my girlfriend , i know you cant own a business or work but there's ways around it i knew a guy in manila who did this for 20 years before passing away. You don't need many funds to set it up 1 months rent a good second hand machine and dryer and a few bits of electronic test repair equipment you can send from the states for very little ,0ne tech to do repairs a girl to do the laundry and yourself to drop of pick up around Clark on cheap bike , then you can get around the visa problem's this is what my friend did .

Congrats on the new apartment. Someone will have a good view of Chubs making boom boom in the bedroom with that CCTV pointed at the bed. Very nice apartment otherwise.

Elti Suites is new inexpensive and about a 13 minute walk to Walking Street, no pool Orchid Inn & Wild Orchid resort have great pools and bars and are in heart of the city Queens hotel is very nice has it all and is in the heart of the action

Elti Suites located at 302 Sofia Str which isnt a far walk to anything, maybe 10 minutes to walking street, even closer to dentists on Teodoro str.. check my Venus Hotel vlog, i walk by a bunch of Dentist places.. yes, i would reserve a hotel ahead of time

I tried the app and one of the cheaper prices in finding is Reddoorz by walking street $421 after tax and fees for 28 days ($580 ish from the hotels webpage)...lol sure would prefer the $251 deal. The one thing I like about the app is some places it allows free cancelations.

Are you in control of those cameras? That's a lot of privacy issues if someone else monitors the cameras. Outside of the apartment,they can have cameras everywhere, but not inside. What goes on inside your $500 apt is your business. There shouldn't be a CCTV in the bedroom, facing straight to the bed none the less.
