The instrument Romain is playing is a Ukulele, yes they were singing in French, Manu Chao played a mix of Caribbean/Reggae/Calypso/Island music, and they released albums in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese, and the rooftop they are on is attached to an apartment the 3 guys rented during covid lockdowns so they wouldn't have get tested every time they practiced, it's also the same rooftop we see at the beginning of the video for "Murderer". As always, loved the reaction!!! ✌️💚
