Through the whole movie every thing she foretells happens, it's so clever because on one hand could they have waited or was the blood of the innocent the key.
One of the greatest endings of any movie… ever.
This is one of best endings ever, as a film. Its deep, dark AF.
*Thomas Jane screaming in anguish* "Shut the fuck up!"
that sorrowful "no, no, no, no, no" was SOOOOO good.
This movie will always be one of my favs, because this ending is so far beyond what you expect. That scream at the end will forever be etched into my memory. When you reach that level of shock and pain, it's the only thing your body is able to do. You produce no tears, no punching or kicking or thrashing. All you can do is scream out in agony. Thomas Jane was fucking incredible in this moment, to portray that level of emotion is hard to come by and he absolutely nailed it. In one of the superman movies, when he's forced to kill Zod, you hear him scream in the same way. From what I've read, it's also what a lot of soldiers describe happening on the battlefield. I believe it was WW2 where soldiers were instructed to wait until tanks passed over their trench to let out whatever emotional cry they needed to let out, so that it would be masked by the roaring of the tank and not heard by your fellow soldiers or the enemy.
As upsetting as the ending was, I loved it. It basically turned a decent horror movie that's been done hundreds of times, into a unique classic. Well done to them for been brave enough.
One of the most effective twist endings in cinema history. The studio offered Frank Darabont something like a million dollars to change it. He said "nope".
The most heartbreaking scene in movie history, blew my mind the first time I saw it
"It's just a joke. A bad joke. Please tell me you're not laughing."
This video is the only proof that reaction channels are still profitable. ESPECIALLY with scenes like in the mist. You CANT get any feeling of loss and despair that ripe in no other movie in the world. Put my money on it, bravo Frank Darabont!
I like how the guy looks at his dog like “can you believe this!?”
When I saw this at the movies, I couldn't wait til someone else saw it so we could talk about that ending. I had the same reaction as these people. Great job on editing this video. 🔥
The film ends far differently than the novella and King himself has said he wished he'd had the stones to end his story the way the screenwriter did here.
That old black dude was literally me watching this for the first time
