no copyright infringement intended. The movie is not mine, the reactions are not mine, only the hard work, time, and dedication of putting this all together is mine. I wouldn't call myself a hero, cause what's a hero? But sometimes, there's a man....

At the time, there were literally dozens and dozens of articles in newspapers and Movie Magazines, claiming that "Horror was dead. The genre had gone stale." Then, this movie came out in 1997, and it changed everything overnight! Suddenly, Horror movies were "cool" again. It reinvigorated the genre for decades to come. For those who never got to see this movie when it came out in Theaters, I could never explain its imapct to you! It was that amazing! First, the opening scene... Never had we watched anything like that before. Not to mention, they killed off THE most famous actor in the movie within the first 15 minutes. That just does not happen. Ever. But then to have the multiple twists and turns, the way the movie was shot, the surprise(s) at the end... It all worked! I got to see the movie on the 2nd weekend after opening, and it was PACKED! Thats the best way to see a movie, especially a Horror movie. The audie ce was so into the movie, it seemed like we were all on the edge of our seats the whole time! Still love this movie to this day! It certainly helped to revitalize a one of my favorite genres, and we are still talking about its impact decades later!

Scream is a brilliant movie, possibly the best horror since the Nightmare on Elm Street franchise, but the sequels weren't as good, up until the lates one.

Everyone The Reason Why Casey Stopped Running Because She Is So Traumatised and Stress

People think they'd be amazing in these situations... but no one really can say until you're there. Being stalked amd terrorized in your own home. Being forced to play a game to save your boyfriends life. Seeing him gutted and die in front of you. That is a lot to put on a mind or a body.

@@harvey4512 God the number of people that hate Upham drives me insane. His character is meant to be us... the utterly inexperienced and unprepared audience member. I'd do the same damn thing as him. I'd freeze up physically and mentally and likely shit myself. I am at least aware of this. It takes training (which he had basic) plus being thrown into the deep end (which he was not). The others had spent years in constant combat. They were mentally able to handle the explosions and chaos and surrounding death while in the moment. His mind simply shut down under the stress. He would likely be better in the next battle and the next until he was able to switch off and function.

@mycroft16 like casey will stop running for a minute from Ghostface and Upham will have a nervous breakdown which is not their fault in both films. Back with Upham I've seen soo memes gifs and reddit about him which I dont like about
