As a Brazilian girl I freak out thinking about someone living by herself in such a remote place. What if someone break into your house at night? Or if your need some medical emergency. You are so brave. It is a dream to live peacefully in there, but its just inconceivable to me. 🥴May God always protect you.

You should be planning the new years (2023) garden now. Start seeds in February. So you won't need to by starts in May or June, they are expensive. Do you have a green House?

A tip about garlic: we usually only plant the biggest clove from the middle of the bulb, as it has the most nutrients in it and will grow into a bigger bulb next year than the side cloves would :)
