This is real comfort content. I love that even though you've put lots of effort into making the vid look aesthetically pleasing, you still made it look realistic. Like soap scum on the tap, not perfectly clean coffee machine, being open that the vitamin shot tasted terrible - this is all great stuff. KZread used to be full of morning routines that are simply confusing and unrealistic. This one hits different.

Thanks Daniel! I'm a mom of a sweet two-year old right now, so after 8 a.m. my days are go-go-go. BUT I've been getting up at 6 a.m. to do some morning prayer, alone time before the whole house awakens. It's a routine I've been working on for about three weeks, and want to keep improving because I do still feel groggy and out sorts as I wake up... Anyhow, I appreciated your peaceful routine, and I hope I can implement some of those aspects into my own 6 a.m. dream routine. Cheers!

It was a different format from the usual London Diaries, but it definitely has the DS touch in it, in fact it made me want to try and wake up a bit earlier tomorrow hahah Nice one as always

I loved this video! I would definitely watch more london diaries like this. It doesn't even have to be about morning routines, because honestly Daniel, it seems like you can make anything into an interesting video. I'm not a morning person, but IMO mornings are the prettiest and the best part of the day. I'm hoping I can wake up early like you someday!

I feel so calm after this video. Also, I'm loving all the Scandinavian furniture and products in the background. Gave some extra dimension to an already great video.

I'm a big fan of cold showers too - I learned that if you can jump in an ice cold shower at 5am you can pretty much do anything :)

I used to wake up at 6 am as a toddler. I brought this regimen till my first year at uni. Then social networks ruined my sleep schedule. I got it back like 15 years later after discovering going to bed and waking up at the same time.

Watched this after I woke up with a coffee latte and now I'm ready for the gym. Thanks for the relaxing morning. :)

Yeah this looks like a routine from someone who works from home, already well off, doesnt have to commute to work for a 8-5 job then commute back. I want to see a video like this from someone with more of a "normal" work life that isnt someone with solid money and their own work schedule

I have 3 kids and work full time frequently have to wake up extremely early from work and STILL have a similar self care routine. Stop making excuses. If you want a routine like this bad enough it will happen
