Well at first he stopped doing on-screen stuff because he transitioned into more of a behind the scenes leadership position with WhatCulture, which is why he stopped doing the NXT ups and downs and such, but then he ended up leaving the company all together like 2 years ago or something like that because he got a job covering soccer. Not sure what he's up to these days
