Let's make soft homemade bread!

Cooking recipe and ingredients:
200 ml of warm water.
200 ml of warm milk.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
8 g of dry yeast.
1 egg white.
60 ml of vegetable oil.
700 g of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Place in a cup greased with vegetable oil.
Cover with food-grade film.
Set the dough aside in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.
Egg yolk + 2 teaspoons of milk.
Brush them with egg mixture.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (365°F) for 20-25 minutes.

طبعا انا اعمل خبز الظاوة بدقيق ابيض واحمر وما وملح وقليل من الزبد وواقطعها انكانت نفس الكميه الاي صنعتيها الى ست قطغ وافردها وادهنها بزيت وسمنه او بزبده ثم اطبقها مثلك ولا اضع جبنه ثم اسخن المقلاه ثم اضخ الخبزه لما تحمر من الجهتين وناكلها على شاي مع الحليب ولكني سوف اطبق طريقتك بكميه كبيره شكرا لك ام مجد من اليمن
