Hi Valorie, I’m sitting here watching snow fall down outside from the kitchen window and eating bowl of steamy beef and noodles. Life is busy but tonight I’m sitting by a roaring fire thankful for our cozy home and a family to love. I love the way your new home is coming along with your renovation. Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving❤😊

I loved this video. I was in a funk after getting bad news but you raised my vibrations sky high! We are Canadians that keep both Thanksgiving holidays, as my husband is American. We will keep it today as a family. Love you and your family. Thanks for your bright, shiny self! Love Rita

Flower tip ! Use a wide top vase for a "bouquet" effect and fill any gaps with foliage 👍 I just love your videos and the house is really starting to come together ❤

As a northerner who lived in Georgia for five years as a teenager,I was confused by the concept of eating beet and turnip greens as that part was something thrown away to eat only the actual vegetable. They also didn’t look appealing to eat, more like something that spewed out of the lawnmower. 🫢 However, since my mother always taught me to try everything at least once, I was pleasantly surprised when I enjoyed a friend’s dish of “greens”. (I also maintain that even cardboard would taste delicious if cooked in a pound of bacon!) 😂😅🤣

A whole hour of Valerie! ❤ can't wait to watch. We couldn't find ANY collard greens in Michigan this year for Thanksgiving. 😮

So, I cut the flowers under hot water @ an angle, and use plant food. Every few days, I retrim the stems, add more water..also misting roses helps them last longer.

When preparing flowers, have your water ready. Cut the ends of the stems and place them into the water immediately. It only takes mere seconds for the cut stem to varnish over and it will not drink. In a few days, take the flowers out, change the water and give the stems another cut about half inch to an inch up the stem and they will continue to drink. This will give you the longest life possible on your cut flowers from the grocery.

Hey Valerie when cooking collards you don't need a lot of broth, they cook like cabbage, you don't need a lot of liquid, just a little helpful advice
