Bro is training for the Muscle Beach 100-second Hang Challenge. I was impressed he could do so many pull-ups hanging around for 1 minute and 30 seconds! I admire how he gives up and then jumps back up for one more. Damn, I need to get back to that level. Last time I was there was never, LOL. My max is like 30, and I can't even manage one more to save my life once I reach my limit. I'd have to wait at least 12 hours for a full set again. I literally watched it all without skipping just to see what that talented pull-up bro did in between. Damn! Watching the dudes in the background struggle to do more than two was the last straw for me. This man is not human. He's an alien. Case closed. His physique and size are just like mine, and I work out every day, doing tons of push-ups. So I think I got this-I'm going to train for it, fuck it! I keep wondering why he kept touching the lower bar on his left side every time he turned around. And is he using chalk? When he took off his shirt, I realized I'm really letting myself go and I need to go full beast mode again. But it's much easier when I was in my teens. It's super exhausting nowadays. I like how the dude with long hair stays in the background, sometimes looking his way for many seconds, just trying to match his energy. Props and kudos to that man for also trying to stay fit! You have my subscription, and that's a rare achievement in my over a decade of KZread viewing, with only less than 20 subscribes. I'm going to start with 100 push-ups and then 100 pull-ups 1-2 hours later within one hour, then decrease it to 43 minutes. I'll try to work my way up from there with an additional 5+ reps and less break time every other new day. I already do over 100 push-ups a day, so I think this training routine is manageable for me. I want my defined cobra back to return. It's insane because I also got hungry just watching this man expend all that energy like it's nothing. Crazy if all that energy and strength it's all natural with no PEDs.
