My god no. Plastic leather. No hud. No binnacle. No leather interior. No carbon interior trim. No seat adjustment such as thigh support or side bolsters or back adjustment. No car play. Brakes that suck under heavy load. Bad wipers. Stop bumming Tesla for giving you basics for premium money. This car is cheap in Australia and America. Uk is being ripped off

Most muscle cars only dream of running 10s on street, even 9s dodge challenger demon with 1000hp will run 11-12s on street lol. I think these model 3s will kill pretty much 99% or cars off the line. Most ice cars even super cars are slow without launch control, for example m5 cs will 0-60 2.7s with LC but with no LC it’s 3.7s, 911 turbo s even worse lag with no LC. Most people don’t use launch control on the street.

Very envious of anyone who takes delivery of this car. Nothing can beat it on price for what you get. Love my M3 2024 RWD. Cheers from 🇦🇺👍

I was so excited to see a red demo model... partly because I'd already made my thumbnail!

Keep being awesome.

Living in Belgium, forget track days, the unrestricted autobahns are just a few hours away, so has the edge over the LR. Fasteri charging would be nice, to get back on the Autobahn ASAP. The performance is alot cheaper here too. The only real downside is the seats, great for track day, but the consensus is Not a's good as the standard seats for long journey's. Red is the best.

I can imagine bits to improve upon: A HUD (just a small one), repeaters in the side mirrors and a threaded tow point on the rear, so you can use that "what-the-heck-is-this-thing" in the frunk to pull people out of trouble. Oh, also: better headrests, cooling for the rear seats too and bring all the things back that were taken from the middle seat: heating, ski-hatch, adjustable headrest. And I use 2 of the S3XY-buttons behind the wheel under my fingertips for indicating... kinda like flappy paddles. 😎

Be honest - you love listening to wheels on the bus! 😂 great video again 😊

It is a VERY good car indeed, very good work by all the people at Tesla who worked hard. Took it out for a spin with a friend today and we just couldnt grasp how quiet it was, noise is gone! Car feels solid in build, has soft materials everywhere to reduce noise. Dampers are way better than old models, car now behaves controlled and as expected - even in sport mode. The dampers are not just "two mode" dampers, but active adjust during driving: You can feel the car in sport mode behaves well even under load, where as the old one would be a bit bouncy. Stereo is also much improved, so are the hw4 cameras. Styling looks good, seats are good, ac in seats are great! it's just a superb car! We both were suprised how quick we adapted to no stalks. We have both owner 3P, he owns his still and I moved to YP, before that I had X. Before that we both have had a lot of tuned fossile cars, we also had kw v3 on 3Ps, custom forged wheels etc. So we have quite the experience with these things and we were quite surprised by the refinement of the 3P refresh. Run and buy!

I ordered the M3P in Ultra Red on April 24th (day after release). Estimated delivery now Jul 28 - Sept 3. Original estimated delivery was May - June. 4 months is killing me.

Where are you?

I am super happy with my Model 3 RWD acceleration and the build quality is fantastic. An extra £20,000 for the Ludicrous badge would have been tempting though had it been out 2 months ago! The seats look really comfy but it is great that most of the other kit is available on the RWD.

Wish I could justify getting this as a replacement for our Model S 85D .

I have had mine since June 4th. Exceeded all my expectations and then some. It was for my wife and she hasn’t been allowed to drive it yet. lol. Btw. Coming from a Porsche Macan GTS. The FSD is great. Only have taken over one time and I was just new and a little skeptical about it’s abilities

I also took the new Tesla Model3 Performance for a test drive. I'm loving the new seats, cooled seats and general refinement over the previous model. But I'm not sure it's worth the extra cost over the long range version unless you are going to use it on track days regularly. However, I wish the seats were an option in other models. Very nice, very fast but sensible head says no to this version for my use, fun as it was. It would just get me in trouble. Another LR for me next year hopefully. That will be my 3rd one.

That's just my wobbly Camera holder, and stabilised video when editing... Can't confirm seats do not move!

Well I live in austin tx so I hear everything that might be possible for tesla model3 performance will get better there is possibility of hardware 5 and a second plaid motor to make it a True ludacris and a much improved battery as the limitations now is thermal management with the current battery 🔋 is a limitation after the improved new battery may unlock a second plaid motor as it sits now we have a normal motor up front and plaid motor in rear

It doesn't have a rear plaid motor. It's a new motor for the 3 but it's not carbon wrapped. Tesla might improve the performance longer term but it won't be soon. Updating the battery pack is a huge bit of work and right now they are focusing on gen 3 platform and future models.

I know how the car could be better, since you mention that. If the auto wipers worked. Great car, but some of the software driven basics need to be sorted. I wish they would spend less time on software updates that make the visualisations better and more time on the things that actually impact the driving experience.

I wish you would have finished the sentence abt the price thanks to the duck haha. UK buyers are getting shafted

Listen! I'm happy that you have the new TM3 Performance, but there's not really that difference from even the first or second edition. They are still good, very fast and can now.....be bought very cheap since many KZread trolls like to praise warm hot air.....congrats! ;-)

I'm not sure if this helped me truly decide between QM8 vs Bravia.

That is the combine engune output, but the baterry can not deliver that. Maybe in 4 years next gen baterry will be able to.

Looks best in the red IMHO. Black cars show the dirt and every scratch. I had a black car once - never again! Here's a negative for you. The first thing I did when I sat in the Tesla Model 3 performance was bang my head hard getting into the car! I drive a Tesla Model Y which is taller and easier to get into and out. So if you are tall like me or old like me then you might prefer the Model Y.

I test drove a 2023 Tesla Model 3 Performance and a 2022 Mustang GT/CS the other day. I am picking up my Mustang today 😁

100% would buy one if the interior had normal stuff like oh Idk.. A gauge cluster, blinker stalks, heads up display, PHYSICAL BUTTONS AND LEVERS. I really do love these cars and rented one for a week. Phenomenal car, but I absolutely hate how everything is on the one screen and there is no driver interface at all. From a drivers standpoint, it's a terrible car because of the lack of intuitive and easily accessible driver interfaces, cameras, ect. The fact you have to look down to your left/right to see your blinker cameras is not safe at all. My car has digital cameras that pop up in my gauge cluster when I put my blinker on, I literally never have to take my eyes away from the road or even look at my mirrors. It's a genius and safe design. Not a fan at all of how things are laid out in Teslas. Elon's goal is to eventually remove EVERYTHING from the inside of the car except the screen, so I mean it all makes sense.

You paid 60k for this my M4 was £73k this car can’t compete. Look at the seats and interior and build quality and lack of tech such as hud. It’s not as fast it’s not as exciting and the difference is mine is worth 40k after 4 years this is worth 24k. So it’s cheaper to own the M4 even with fuel savings. That’s insane. Nobody would even give this a second thought. There are legions of people who respect and even worship an M car. This is a 50k car not 60k. The interest is 9.6% versus 3.9% also

The M4 looks like complete ass with that front end grill. I owned a Yas Marina F80 for a few years and that was a blast. The new one? Gross. I’d much rather have this Tesla than that.
