Im assuming more efficiency= harder suspension? Seems like a trade off but atleast a development in this direction may lead to some car manufacturers trying to incorporate this into the design of the car

Yes, having this natively instead of retrofitting would be better
I did notice my KIA Niro EV significantly drops consumption on smooth road.

That may be because the motor doesn't have to work as hard. Regenerative braking comes in when you enable a one-pedal drive mode.
Finally something exclusive for India.😂❤
