Mock test on official website are BEST for practice. On other website questions are NOT as per latest syllabus.

All boards are same. Exam level is also exactly same.

What do you mean by ticket? Did you receive any email confirmation after your registration and payment. After registration and payment you have to send your payment receipt to ISTQB team on one mail id. My suggestion, start you preparation as per 3.1 and if you could complete preparation in few weeks go with 3.1 and by chances if you took more time to complete your preparation and reached near May-June than wait for 4.0 (4.0 is expected to be available during that time)

@@Move_n_improve As he mentioned in the video that version 4.0 is not available yet as per ITB is concerned. They haven't mentioned the exact launch date for it. It might take time. Although, you can still register for ISTQB exam through ITB, but that would be version 3.1

Exact date i can't tell you because as per my last communication with Indian testing board, they have not finalized any date for istqb v4.0 . I think it may take 1-2 month but not sure may be more than that. I will update you whenever they will start v4.0. i will post a video when it will be available. In video i have explain how you can select v4.0 in india now using other member board, If fee ia issue than try to search member board with low fees. .

Not sure, during registration you can select exam but after that istqb(itb) team will mail you for dates confirmation based on availability. But if you want to be sure before registration process then connect to istqb.in helpline. If you are choosing indian testing board for exam then you will get extra time. But i am not sure for newzealand testing board ( you can check with them ).
