This argument raises many good questions, one which is truly striking is the one sidedness of accounts of the war. Not just by South Africa in its application, which is to be expected, but more so by news outlets the world over. The ongoing war by Hamas and its allies needs to be reported. The ongoing displacement of Israelis to safeguard against Hamas attacks needs to be brought to the world’s attention. At least this ridiculous case may achieve that end to some extent.

Houses are still made from discarded or stolen building materials such as corrugated iron, cardboard and foil. The high unemployment over 70%. The lack of school education and lack of teaching materials. The strong illiteracy. The growing crime and increasing from year to year, that the police and the city administration has long lost the fight against crime. South Africa's particulars of claim should be struck out. They make claims of singing songs about Amalek being a metaphor for committing genocide. Yet the South African government does not believe that the words "kill the boer" uttered by its own people are in any way an instigation of genocide against the boer minority in South Africa. The court doesn't want Israel to cause any deaths to anyone or to defend itself, what number of fatalities would be acceptable to the court? It takes exception to technical methodology? Really, yet by what standards do they find violations? There has been no violations, in fact Israel's methodology is far more conservative in its methods than outlined by the court. And yet no condemnation or indictment of Hamas.

South African leaders are accusing Israel of committing genocide in Gaza to blindfold the world not to see the hamas jihadists genocidal intentions against Israel that they clearly explain in their charter. I really do wish my prayers worked although doesn't change the fact that the beast that deceives the nation's is in charge. Revelation 13.
