Violence begets more violence. Vengeance begets more vengeance. You shouldn’t teach people to hate Israelis because hate usually leads to even more violence and it becomes a vicious, never-ending cycle where each side is trying to payback the other. Until eventually one side is almost completely killed off or displaced. Also, most Israelis were not pro-war prior to Oct 7th. Over half the nation was progressive and wanted more rights for Palestinians. Netanyahu had lost support almost nation wide prior to Oct 7. But the attack on civilians changed all that. Sometimes when people are scared or a nation is traumatized by a terrorist event like that, they tend to support the military because they believe it will offer them protection and create peace when really it just creates more violence and creates an entire new generation of extremists who are angrier and even more vengeful than their predecessors because their families were slaughtered. So what Israel is doing is wrong and it won’t “eradicate” Hamas. It will just create a new generation of Hamas. Also, just like Hamas was manipulated, Israelis can fall for manipulation too. It’s wrong to just view them all as evil when they’re humans just like you. You shouldn’t promote hate toward an entire nation. How do you hold “80%” accountable anyway without mixing them up with the 20% of innocent Israelis who want a cease fire and never supported this??? Don’t be like Netanyahu and Israeli leadership. They think a lot like you and just see the majority of Palestinians as the enemy. When you imply people should hold civilians accountable, you’re no different than Netanyahu. I found the interviewer's approach to be very gentle and trauma-informed. I hope it made Hala feel even a bit more at ease discussing such a sensitive and painful topic. This is totally sad and heartbreaking. What is infuriating that Hala has to show us that her family members were great human beings . Israeli military is unjustly killing innocent people and wiping out whole family lines in Gaza. What Israeli government and military are doing is so evil.

we need a serious physiological study to understand how mentally strong are those people , I mean they live all kinds of traumatic experiences and they still work as hard as possible and achieve a lot in their short lives than most people I know including myself ما شاء الله

Essential oils can be really helpful when you're dissociating, I also used them when I was more recently traumatised to be able to get through medical treatment. I can only imagine all she went through and the toll it took on her soul.
