But seeing you commentate this video like this, and allowing me/us too see how you see your own fight playback and how you gave detail in depth analysis is awesome. Most people are a bit of everything. The idea of the quiet humble guy is mostly a myth. There is a reason why people often say things like "I never expected that from him, he was so quiet". It's just about what parts of your personality you choose to portray. we all have a bit of everything in us. Izzy is just the type of guy to not try to hide those other aspects. Yeah you can be more humble, less arrogant, less envious etc. but those traits are always there.

For a much shorter guy like kelvin, that high kick was impressive! It's a shame that kelvin didn't capitalize on the opportunity but that just shows how fearsome izzy is to his opponents. I think about Izzy in the 5th round of this fight every day. When I feel like going home early or taking a shortcut in life, when I want to give into my ego/fears/emotions, or when I just straight up want to quit.. I think deeply about his perseverance and will and his powerful energy, and it gives me motivation and in all walks of life to stay true to myself and do what is best for my higher self. Thank you Israel Adesanya, when I think to myself I often put myself in the position of speaking to you as a friend, and telling myself what I most believe you as a friend would say. This has moved me forward in all ways, from getting out of bed, exercising and mostly, to following my dreams unfiltered. ✌️&❤️
