Watch every world champion in every sport, you'll see similarities for all of them. The beauty is you can have them too. Takes time. Nobody is born a champ, they are all made. People may be born closer than others but its who works for the longest that makes it to that position of NUMBER 1
After watching this I now have new found respect for Israel as a human being who is not afraid to be vulnerable in front of the whole world. He has inspired me to do better. All the very best to you Israel love from your fellow new Zealander 🇳🇿 ❤️
I've listened to about 30 of your podcasts in the past few months and this is absolutely one of the best, the stories, lessons and even the energy between both of you, so inspiring, thank you both

On so many levels this was a wicked Interview ... The diversity and quality of guest is both refreshing and brilliant. Keep up the good work.
This Interview was definitely the most unique and well rounded questions asked of Izzy! Smooth and professional the way you let him finish without interrupting him. First time seeing this channel but congrats on this Win!
This episode was one of the best form of content I've seen on KZread, honest, poignant and hillarious, I feel like I've gathered, 5 years of knowledge in the space of 90 minutes, adesanya is one of the reasons why I fell in love in mma and the ufc, he's an incredible fighter, but more importantly a genuine person, Great channel you have my subscription looking forward to exploring this channel further, well done💯

This podcast was really easy to watch. Thanks! Great content. This guy did a few podcasts lately but this was by far the nicest 'till now.
Izzy, you are truly the authentic part of our NZ society that we need. Proud of your mana. A truly beautiful conducted podcast too.
What a great video man! Humbling to see a champ like Izzy talk like this. Learn so many valuable things from this video, which we are robbed of usually as fans. Thank you, Izzy!
What a podcast. Probably my favourite one. Always come back to this. Very grounded and cool man.
Beyond it being a very chill interview, feel like a strong friendship was birthed between you two guys. Always great to see healthy friendships form. Izzy definitely made me wanna through these rusty hands up again so I'm grateful for the upload.

Really enjoyed this interview and it's doubled on why I felt he's such a cool guy and he's a Leo like myself so I get it. Some amazing questions and views on life and I've definitely learnt something today. Being humble, respect, giving when you can and like he said giving other people that feeling of happiness is one of the best gifts in life for me that you receive. Great conversation 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Found this channel last week and I cannot stay away - the amount of wisdom and experiences from everyone who comes on here with a range of backgrounds, and the fact these videos are free 😭✨ A real blessing Steven, thank you!
First time viewer and a huge Izzy fan. Ive watched almost all Izzy interviews and so far this one is the best. You masterfully coaxed out a part of Izzy that no one has ever been able to do before. Its good to hear my country Botswana mentioned also.
Wow - what an episode. One of the best interviews so far
So much of what izzy had to say resonates with me. I believe whatever happens in your life you should stay true to yourself and never compromise on your principles. This is the best podcast I have had the pleasure to listen too. I hit subscribe straight away. I look forward to hearing more. Steve your a fantastic conversationalist. I will use this analogy to describe the conversations you have with your guests. They are like onions. As the conversation goes on you peel back the layers to reveal there inner self .and they why I loved listening. I wish for you everything you wish for yourself. Stay humble and stay hungry. God bless.
Thank you for sharing yourself with your audience, offering an insight into your wisdom. Your heart felt empathy is full of goodness ❤
Have to say this is probably the most authentic guest I've seen on the show till date. What a convo!
Great interview, Izzy is the man! So humble, respectful yet super talented in the octagon, absolute inspiration 👏
Just stumbled on your channel and it feels like it is the missing brick in the personal information fundament. The variety of guests is astonishing and inspirational. Appreciate your work! It is a nectar of the best.
Izzy is such a real one. Great interview, thank you.
your channel literally became my favourite... Thanks for the insightful conversations
I can relate to most of these experiences Izzy shared. Living abroad takes a lot from us acceptance, pains, humilation and on and on the list. The thing is that they know we are different and we do not make effort to correct the wrong narrative about our motherland bad name only time showcase how discipline we have become especially being outstanding.

hello . it may be hard to understand as i am white originally from wales in the uk . i relate to being different even though im white and have never had the feeling of i fit in here in australia which probably sounds absurd being white .. my theory is its important to be connected to any land when we are in primary school (formative years) laying down roots . i wont go into the expiriences i had but theres a sense of racism among even when all the students in school are white but from different continents ...i lived in africa for 7 years (formative years) before my parents emigrated to australia when i was 13 . i didnt feel the or experience the same kind of troubles that i did in australia in africa in fact a lesson and memory has stuck with me all my life which was a time when an african told me when greeting your brother in the street you allways grab his hand and greet your brother like this where he showed me the handshake of africa , ive never forgot that ..im 55 now still in australia and frankly dont gve a shit what they think but i never felt this is home or that i belong here ever... just thought i would share and i do know what it is like when living abroad .greetings and much love

I've only just started watching your podcast but I'm already hooked. You have some amazing guests. Being a massive ufc fan and ill be honest wasn't expecting to see Israel on here. Well done. Great job.
This man is a great interviewer ! well spoken, got flow to the topics.. and Izzy is also very articulate!
This is guy Israel is so REAL. I said Amen many times watching this video. He made me smile about his opinions about been a human being. I like the statement “ raise your damn kids”. Very good interview. Quote: “Those who appreciate will gravitate”.
Great interview bro. Glad you asked non boring questions.
Such a bright light .... so much awareness & emotional intelligence; "we're blessed that we can dream". Loved this beautiful conversation full of sparking gems between you brothers....love, respect & generosity. Thankyou 💜🐉🌟🐉💙
A unique interview/ conversation with Izzy! All the sports podcasts naturally gravitate towards fight-related questions. It was great to hear more about what made him who he is. I'm surprised by how emotionally mature he is!
Been said many times...but we lucky to have him in Aotearoa. Thanks and praises. Full on G.C ❤
You have the best guests! Will be going back and watching the backlog 🙌🏽🙌🏽
Steve this is incredible content, my word! I've been a die hard MMA fan since 2007, watched Ice Man, Ronda, Conor & I must say Izzy is not only one of the goats of MMA but he's a goat of a human being period, physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually...he's incredibly self-reflective & aware of the zeitgeist & how it all plays into being himself, authentically...not unlike yourself....we're all striving to find that balance, God Bless!
My dad taught me the same thing, hit hard and hit first..I love this guy, so many good nuggets in this interview.
And this right here. Is EXACTLY why I’m a massive Izzy fan. His fighting ability drew me in but his personality and intuitiveness kept me glued. Incredible pod.
amazing interview. learned so much, thank you for posting!
Podcasts are so powerful, literally felt like 10 minutes.
man this dude knows whats up in ALOT of aspects. 3rd video ive ever seen of Israel fighting or speaking, safe to say he earned a huge fan.

this guy has to be one of the smartest and most wisest guys youve had on. Big up to you both. Love how this guy speaks his mind.
I’m from nz and to be honest glad to have a champion like him in our country
I like how he says certain people aren't meant to fit in, they are meant to stand out. And that doesn't have to be a bad thing. Good for him not letting others stop him from doing what he felt was right.
He reminds me of Chris eubank sr. What a complement. He seems like a humble genuine man😊👍🏼
First time listener..huge Izzy fan & now yours. Wow! Great job!! Thank you 🙏🏻
What an amazing interview man, I am subscribed and all notifications now on.
This man is explaining me right now! And he is so transparent! Amazing interview!
i have the deepest respect for israel, have watched and admired his fighting skills via youtube, i also love this podcast and the eclectic mix of speakers. As I man that has been down the rabbit hole for over 20 years, its hard to find media that stimulate the grey matter, thus far you doing it!!
I have a friend who Adesanya reminds me of a lot. That guy is polarizing, sometimes he's great fun to be in the company of and other times his confidence borders on arrogance and it's a turn-off. Both my friend and Adesanya are special. I like how Israel extracts philosophy from his experiences, becoming wiser as he grows in stature and accomplishment. It will be cool to see what he does and who he becomes as he gets into his 40's, 50's and beyond. He's a true martial artist and ambassador of the sport, like GSP. Edit: I normally don't hit the subscribe button because I'm wary of KZreadrs who are just out to make money and restricting the amount of media that competes for one's attention is an essential skill in the modern era. But once I caught that Steven was genuine and not just out for clicks, that how you get me to subscribe
Thanks for these podcasts been listening to them 👌🏾👊🏾
