This is a great and excellent presentation. Am convinced of South Africa's blunder and blind teamwork with HAMAS. From the facts put forward by this Israel's representative, it is no longer a secret that South Africa is a brother in arms with HAMAS, especially when the info about the HAMAS delegation having visited the South Africans days after the October 7, 2023 attack on Israel and South Africa apparently comrade-in-arms relationship with HAMAS revealed even before the attack. After listening to this speech, I have doubts on South Africa's intentions and now I look at South Africa as another stupid problem- messing idiot trying to be the hero lodging a complain with inadequate evidence. It also showed why Africans are easily used by others, unfortunately there is no shortage of such happenings shown in history. South Africa is under estimating Israel and endangering itself by presenting a very poor case to the Court. I used to respect Mandela, but now it seems that respect maybe now is lost by many people in the world.

Ukrainians can join Russia, western and northern Ukrainians are less targeted, if genocide just means "people attacking each other" it's a meaningless term. I can truthfully say there are thousands of South Africans who do not agree with what the ANC is doing. I am ashamed of what they have done and what they are still doing. Cannot understand there deep concern. It would be wonderful if they could redirect that concern to the plight of the millions of South Africans who are unemployed, homeless, have no food to eat, no hope of a better life, wander around in the filthy streets and sleep on filthy pavements, who have scavenge through trash looking for a morsel to eat. No it isn't. Watch it again. His argument is that civilian deaths on the Palestinian side is mostly due to placements of military positions within civilian populations and booby traps set by Hamas in public buildings. He hasn't given much evidence of this but I doubt he'd be so bold as to make this claim at the ICJ without being able to back it up when asked.

If Israel is declared guilty, I can only hope for Hamas to be as well rightfully judged and condemned, not conveniently forgiven as part of some excuse of peace treaty nor anything of the sort. The crimes of Israel doesn't make Hamas's any lesser, everyone must remember that.

Hamas is not a state so cannot go through the same process in this court but can be taken to the ICC in the US, but if you not been sleeping, they hvae been condemned at every stage and on every platform since the 7th of October. You also have made the case for South Africa. Just because of Hamas's atrocity does not make it ok for the IDF to massacre over 23k civilians. Maybe we can also remember that currently there are over 500k settlers on someone else's land against international law, maybe at some point we will get round to doing something about that. you know stop the ethnic cleansing that's been happening well before the 7th October, the little things!!!!!!

@@RazorMouthHamas was the "de facto" government of the Gaza strip for 16 tears. Voted into power by the local population. UN agencies and any other aid agencies, if they wished to operate in Gaza, had to deal wiith the "de facto" government - Hamas.

@@banzakidimye348irrelevant when that govt isn’t allowed a sea port, land port or air port. Isn’t allowed to trade. Isnt allowed anyway to develop. Isn’t allowed influx of food by conventional means. Eg Israel one year decided to ban all chocolates from going into Gaza. And currently CILANTRO is banned. How petty can you be. Israel also controls influx of infrastructure raw material so they can’t build anything. They need Israel’s approval to let in cement into Gaza. Israel controls most of the water influx but has not allowed promotion and building of desalination plants. There are restrictions on even fishing. So. No. It’s a concentration camp. Not an independent place.
