ISPS Codes for Vessels

Episode 8 of the IMSA weekly VLOG. The International Ship and Port Facility Security Codes (ISPS) are the basis for the creation of most maritime regulatory compliance programs worldwide.     If they operate commercially and have passengers for hire. If they are used just by the owner then they don't have to follow the ISPS codes. Thank you for your question!

    Well Corey joined the U.S. Coast Guard back in 1994 for a major life changed and hasn't looked back since!

    Maritime_Intel Did Corey go straight from college to Coast guard? Did any of your college course work fuel or spark an interest?

    No he spent a couple of years working before going into the Coast Guard. He joined the Coast Guard in 1994.
