For foot swall boil water with garlic in it once it's warm drench a towel and lay it on the part where it's swall for a good 10-20 mins then get lotion and just rub it all over ur leg and massage it for 5 mins then put like socks that won't pressure on ur leg so much and sleep (do this before bed) it worked for me my leg was purple and swall and this helped me 🙏🙏

We ate at Palo on our cruise and it was Amazing! The service is impeccable. Omgosh congrats on the 10K+!! I always say you deserve more subs and here they come haha 🎉🎉
