Understanding how the Western regime secularizes and subverts the Muslim world is also helpful in understanding how they've been subverting Western populations. Of course, it's still a big global agenda, with LGBT, feminism, sexual liberation, abortion, progressivism, etc. being pushed the world over by the US, the global NGO complex, etc.

Dear Brother Paul. Shukran for your amazing work and guests. Colonialism works through 3 key institutions: parliamentary democracy, corporations and the nuclear family (Sameer Dossani). I guess you can add education to this list. Another to add to the list is the very thing that sustain us 3 x day- food: its production, distribution, sale and waste. Part of colonialism was up access land, natural resources and cheap labour. Colonial-capitalist agriculture broke farmers relationship with the land and nature and consquestly with people through modernising to achieve high yield, high profits. This has had a huge impact on the environmental-soil, groundwater, biodiversity, whole ecosystems. The food produced now 200 years later accounts for between 30 - 50% of total greenhouse gas emissions and the single largest contributer to climate change, more deadly than coal and oil combined. Unlearning and relearning farming is key to address the colonial architecture. Local and indigenous farmers are at the forefront of this knowledge and practise. We Muslims have a lot of unlearning and relearning to do. Jumah Mubarak to the you Paul and those listening to this🤲🏽💚🌙

Critical thinking is a very good quality to develop in even a child as then one cannot just feed him any dogma. With the direct encouragement of the British Consul General, who was enthusiastic about the process of modernizing Egyptian society, calls were launched to improve women's conditions and push them to participate in the community. The book by Morcos Fahmy entitled "Women in the East" appeared, followed by Qasim Amin's famous book, "Women's Liberation". An explicit call to action The Egyptian writer Mustafa Lutfi Al-Manfaluti In his book "Looks and Lessons", he objected to Lord Cromer's descriptions of the Islamic religion by saying: "We do not dispute Lord Cromer or his ilk among those who challenge Islam in their belief, but we would love them not to dispute our belief, and to give us freedom in that what they gave themselves." . In his book entitled "The Return of the Hijab", Sheikh Muhammad Ismail Al-Muqaddam, one of the most important scholars of the Salafist call in Egypt, explains the relationship between Imam Muhammad Abduh on the one hand and Lord Cromer on the other, stressing that it was based on common interests. The Azhari scholar, Muhammad Abduh who had been exiled outside Egypt after his participation in the Urabi Revolution, returned to his homeland again, after the approval of the British Consul General .The presenter considers in his book that Abdo returned the favor to the experienced British politician, after he changed the Al-Azhar curricula,

Once again, a wonderful and thought-provoking talk. Thank you. Certainly, the Western "Age of Reason" or Age of Enlightenment" energized the colonial period. Seeing it as an important part of the civilizing process of the successful West, it fueled and still fuels the spread of 'civilization', it seems to me. Ideally, today the West funds schools that students may choose to attend or not to attend. Naturally, those schools will reflect Age of Reason values and methods of analysis. As I understand it, the Age of Reason has led directly to the creation of democratic institutions, in that, equal rights for genders, races, religions, ethnicities simply make sense for general wellbeing and efficiency. On free expression, I think we sometime view a business' (eg Twitter) desire to not do business with a person is counter to free speech. I withdrew my financial support of a certain opinion maker and was accused of being opposed to free speech. I submit that they can say what they want. I am just not inclined to pay them to say it.

Those days I've started the reading of Lost Islamic history by Firas Akatheeb. It describes how western Europe managed to fool the ottoman by letting the empire turn asleep because of the long dark ages the west used to keep itself in. Then one day they wake up with mountain of gold taken from the Americas, and kind of military superiority. Then they managed to defeat the Turks many times and each times managed to take profit of the Muslim policy on religious minorities and forced the Turkish to go further and recognise their Christian minorities as under western laws and immune to Turkish law. Then after a while a group name Young Turks seduced by the liberal unholy way of life managed to take the power and made it possible the final dismantling of the ottoman empire. So to say this is not any age of reason at the heart of the story, but plunder of gold from South America rather at the beginning.

@@tomasino3572 as someone from turkey I must confess ottomans left muslim world to dark period. the schools were weak and people were jobless while in istanbul and anatolia and sultan were in lusury. Tulip period we call it. however in Egypt a ottoman renegade was making progress because he was free form the sultan this is why people love him. he made progress. however again second source I can give directly from Barbaros Hayrettin pasha s own writings. sultan kanuni ordered him to write his life in record so its from him directly. he shares his disgust of palace intrigues just before biggest naval war of their time which they won but thanks to him leaving the palace and making all of the corrupt people to panic and obey his decisions otherwise sultan would kill them all for making his pirates abandon them . these all add up. then ottomans became old man. and caliphate was taken just as it is stated in hadith of prophet muhammad sav.

Also, twitter and facebook and others are businesses. If they restrict what may be said on their sites, they are not restricting a right of free speach. No Muslim, who knows his history correctly, calls Ottoman rule as Turkish and consider it colonialism. That’s because it was a Muslim state that spread Islam and protected Muslims and their lands. The prophet (PBUH) praised the Muslim ruler who would bring Constantinople (Istanbul now) to the Muslim domain. That ruler was an Ottoman. The good things of that state are numerous but let me mention only one. During that time, a Muslim would be able to travel across Muslim lands freely, Only after its collapse, he needs to have a score, even more, passports to do the same! We’ve lost Palestine after we have lost the Ottoman state. Hope this encourages you to read your history again with Islamic glasses on your eyes. If you’re a non-Muslim, please do the same but put on objective lenses.

Empiricism requires skepticism. It’s not to defend every action taken in the name of liberalism, but all ideologies act to protect themselves. It’s the reason why sharia is so ‘liberal’ with the death penalty. It’s a bit hypocritical to cry fowl, when sharia is way harsher on criticism of islam, than almost any liberal is on islamism. The Quran was written by Christians in the Middle East. The Bible has context. The Quran does not, because Christians who wrote the Quran already had the Bible, so the Quran at the time already had a context. When those Christians for some reason threw away the Bible, and started using only the Quran and invented stories that came later about the "last prophet", a prophet from an insignificant town Mecca, who supposedly lived years ago, then they became Muslims. There were no Muslims in the 7th century, only Arabs who were Christian. Muhammad "the prophet" did not exist, and the Quran was no revelation. Otherwise, the Quran would not contain so many scientific, historical, and logical errors.

And the NT was written in a Greco-Roman context by hellenized jews or hellenized gentiles Most likely the historical jesus never existed and if he did the historical jesus has nothing to do with the mythological christ worshipped by the church The gospels are not the inspired word of God and the gospel writers to this day are anonymous Lastly the 4 "cannonical" gospels contradict one another and are filled with historical and scientific errors
