Great walkthrough! I'm sure you guys have noticed but it looks like the video is blurry at full res... not sure what happened but it does make it a little trickier to follow along. Not the end of the world, thank you guys either way for uploading this!
Nice demo. BTW congratulations on using Octane in a live demo without it crashing. That was a brave move :-)

I'm so confused about scene scale and so on. I talked to a guy who said it's important to work at realistic scene scale and here your reference box for the volume noise is 12 inches deep, which means the foam itself must be huge.. Anyway.. thanks
that beer one he should've just done it from scratch because it was so fucking confusing and will make you fall asleep

yeah, it was not pleasant. Two hours later I´m still screaming at a non responsive slider on the high and low clip.. And I supposedly have a fast processor.
Great video! and nice touch they used Metallica for the music :)

The beer looks great! But its like working in Houdini, only with a really messy workflow. Still, amazing result!
Great presentation. I learned so much. But I assume you never drink beer. The division between the liquid and the foam must be straight.
