Just so you know, the pillcrusher is reintroduced in Isaac with the lost items pack. It's a mod that adds all the scrapped antibirth items back in the game. The creator of the mod completely nailed how the items should work and it's a must download mod. By the way, it's also possible to just download the pill crusher on its own if you don't want the other items, but I don't know why you wouldn't want the other amazing scrapped items

@@Karambolage17 it should just be called "pill crusher", unless you mean the lost items pack in which he already said the name of it, i'd suggest also getting the antibirth items pack too though for the complete package

The good pills on Cain thing was actually reintroduced in Repentance. It was present in rebirth but removed in Ab

Unfortunately, the bad pills being good mechanic was created since before. When the flash version of the binding of Isaac came out, the lucky foot already came with the ability of bad pillw being good, but it was changed when rebirth launched.

Luck foot: turning bad pills in good ones. That time hematemesis, teleport and i'm drowsy

Im kinda interested in the game, but where do i start? I wanna watch a tutorial before i buy it if i do. It seems almost as complicated as solving a rubiks cube, you have videos that are like "ok so you wanna do a jfiijrifhi2j33i3h4ifi, and then a 3j4ihfih, then your done!" And then you have the illusive actual helpful videos. Your videos help out, but i would like a longer video so i dont have to string it all together myself because im too dumb for that

That's a misconception, the brimstone is the leviathan cross, used in the satanic bible. And it is the alchemist symbol for sulfur (aka brimstone)

"魔" means devil and is read as ma, ま doesn't mean anything by itself, (besides, the hiragana for ma literally looks different from brimstone...) the brimstone item has nothing to do with anything japanese
