Don't give a damn about those judge's decisions, Cruz had Tank Davis on the defense, he was all over him and he was the best opponent to date who stood toe to toe in that ring with Davis and gave him one hell of a fight. There definitely should have been a rematch this guy is a beast in the ring refusing not to budge one inch once he goes to work. A much-underrated fighter who could take on the likes of Garcia or Haney and give them punishment once they step in that ring. He has the stamina, endurance and punching power to give anybody in that division a very, very difficult time. I believe in being objective and give credit where credit is due.

Yes, Cruz is a beast but he doesn’t have enough power behind them punches. If Tank had his left hand on that night Cruz would have walked himself right into the slump. Shakur would beat Cruz as there is still something missing but I’m not sure of what it is. I’d wait to put Cruz in the ring and work on what is missing.

Long arms are not a overall advantage in a fight. And it's disrespectful to the shorter man by implying that the only reason he won is because the tall dude did something wrong. And Cruz was not "the little guy" he was the shorter man not little. Cruz is bigger than the tall dude if you measure their arms, legs, neck, ETC Cruz would be bigger.

Even Lara outboxed canelo & in the opinion of many won that fight. This dude fought Cruz' fight on the inside for no reason at all. Whether he would win the fight or not he should've done the elementary things like out jabbing Cruz & making him pay when he would come in with his right hand. Should've used his legs to move around & not stand in front of him to get countered. Instead he got hit by little Tyson & his corner's plan went out the window & became a punching bag. In other words if he had done the basics it would have been an interesting fight & it's not about Cruz abilities.

Cruz made him stand there by being faster and getting to his body taking away his movement . @@jhonigunns1453 disagree completely, Cruz and his dad specifically copied Mike Tyson and the Peek-Ah-Boo style, not Tua, Cruz and davis will destroy the rest of the division, first of all no boxer can get through Cruz's closed guard defense, davis tried and hit Isaac's gloves most of the time, Cruz blocked an uppercut from davis which hurt davis's hand

Pitbull hits as hard as Julio Cesar Chavez did. I see a lot room of improvement yet for him though. He will get better as he goes.

​@Goldeye right away after Tank fought him, he was asked if he would give Cruz a rematch and he said no lol he felt the threat Cruz represents to him, it wasn't an easy opponent like they expected, why would he want to risk it, when he can fight easier fighters and keep his value high and perhaps later on down the road fight Cruz once he feels he already made good money or maybe make more money because it can be a more attractive fight later on, who knows what's in his mind but I know he's not trying to fight Cruz just yet again.

But what happens at 135/140 not sure. He'll own 130 as Tank will campaign at 140 once he's taken care of Haney & Teo. Tank will only fight Shakur at a catch weight somewhere close to 140. But Shak looks like he's growing up 140 and looking stronger the heavier he is. Issac is basic for me. A great personality, a slugger and a stoppage artist. He has the power 126-135 to trouble anyone but not necessarily the skills. He'll win a lot of fans,(I am one), make a lot of money, be in great fights but dominate the lightweight division as top dog NO
