Gulab jamun banane se pahle Maine koi 8/9 recipes dekhi lekin aap ki recipe dekh kar mujhe meri mummy ki yaad aagaye wah hamesha kahti thi 1kilo khoya me 5 chatank (250gm) maida dalna chahiye . aap ka ratio bhi same tha isliye Maine issi ko follow karne koshish ki hai 👍😇

Make sure you kneed the dough right so there's no diff in the textures in the dough balls, so there are no lumps. Also make sure the sugar syrup is bit warm and even the dough balls. So the syrup gets soaked
