My dadi makes awesome Gulab Jamun. They literally melt in your mouth. When I asked her the secret, she said it's Khoya. Jitna badhiya Khoya utne achhe gulab jamun 🤗🤗

I don't think any gulabjamun recipe will be so elaborated and doubt proof. You are literally telling minute tips how to fry them and what should be the temperature of the syrup. Very well explained and really helpful. Thankyou for your concern

I have an idea... Hope u will try and say the result.... While making the balls make sure that there are no cracks.. to make that balls without cracks keep the ball in ur inner palm and press it with the other palm and roll... Do this untill the ball gets softer and crack free..... After that fry them when u put into the sugar syrup make sure the jamuns are not so hot.. they should be able to touch in hand.. try it
