This took me 6 hours including 1 failed attempt at khoya so I just used milk powder to make khoya using her other recipe (highly recommend). I used ricotta cheese instead of paneer. They turned out delicious. I am not Indian so it was a challenge but worth it. 300 gm mawa is approximately 1 1/3 cup. Also I would not add 2 full cups of water... Maybe 1.5 cups enough
