Respected NishaJi, Pranaam!! I tried your recipe for Bread Gulab Jamun. It turned out to be awesome. I want to share a small tip with you. At times, we find that our Gulab Jamuns are soaked well in Sugar Syrup but the centre is not soaked well (hard at times). To avoid this, I use a toothpick to make a hole in the Gulab Jamun after frying and before placing it in the Sugar Syrup. This helps to soak the central portion as well.
