Ok, that’s how I’ve thought wreckers should work for years. Bring vehicles inside at the very least. Nothing worse than finding exactly what you need in the yard but ruined by weather or a knob who didn’t feel like just unplugging the loom.

Wow this is a hell of a company. I'm over in the US so I've never heard of them but they sure seem to have a massive facility. Hearing about the engine warranty and agreement to pull-n-pay if something unseen goes wrong is a huge deal. That tells me they stand by their QC and trust their parts picking system. I hope you can work with them more in the future as they deserve some spotlight for bringing the wrecking yard into the current online era.

I've used scrappys (aka wreakers aka junkyard) in the UK that work in a similar way. They pull all the parts off and put them into stock, rather than just leave you to pull the parts yourself, but they were just a big shed, not a massive warehouse like this.

I have time to make mounts and carry out the work. A turbo 2jz is $5k before you get rid of the twins, then r154, v161 or T56 conversion. The bellhousing and clutch alone is $2500 before you get a t56 or tr6060 so it’s much less cost effective.

I would like something different like n54 engine with eBay single turbo conversion to make it a low budget project. No one ever thinks of these engines and how strong the standard bottom end is in stock form.

The engine itself is strong as hell but they’re so temperamental, IMO. The turbo location might be difficult being it’s a RHD car though.

Nothing like a junk yard that picks, sorts and arranges the best junk. My kind of place. Wanted to see that K series HONDA engine in a build but, will have to wait for another car.
