    @@dr.shadmbbsdphmasco It's not an easily available non invasive investigation like ECG, Echo or TMT. He wants to inject a radio-opaque dye into millions and put them under a CT scanner to find more plaques that can be treated in his hospitals. None of these corporate hospitals will talk about a simple, cheap carotid doppler ultrasound that correlates very well with CT angiogram. Look up pubmed.

    Bodybuildings think cardio is bad for muscle growth but in reality cardio increase strength of bones and muscle these people are so slow

    Agreed. If you want to test your Heart then try to climb 5-6 storey building and see how you struggle to breath. My Pr is 10 storey in 3 minutes with normal pace of climbing

    We are living in a pressure cooker. Obviously, we're going to have heart attacks. Have you seen the pressure employees face in Pvt jobs or for any kind of job. I'm sure even this doctor who's preaching here would be keeping his employees in a pressure cooker.

    He never discussed prevention measures, focusing solely on expensive health check-ups. Medical fretenity needs to grow up for preventive health measures . Good cardio excercises and strength training measures along with weight control prevent cardiovascular diseases but no cardiologist talks about that .

    Less processed food, omega3 fatty acid, less trans n saturated fats. Green tea, chia seeds, avocado, fish. Do a coronary cat test at 40.

    @@gvsmani4810 yes, I do not eat but some fish like Tuna has it. Avacado does good for Omega3 fatty acids too and it's one of the superfoods.

    Firstly Govt. should ban bakery items containing Dalda, maida, palm oil and any hydrogenated oils. Secondly, people should stop this stupid craze for GHEE, BUTTER and coconut oil and use ground nut oil, olive oil. Then when it comes to workout , do it in empty stomach and follow your instincts . Wake up before 6am and do light pranayama . Eat only freshly prepared food.

    Do u know who he is? He Devi Shetty India best heart surgeon. His hospital in Bangalore do free surgery poor kids.I personally know kids who were operated by him..not single penny taken by hospital. Please don't disrespect him...
