Where will I find a Deregistration Certificate from CIPC?

Hi i was in process of registering a company however my request was rejected saying that the insufficient funds were fund in my account. Actually, i am trying to register on my same profile it is saying my ID book date cannot be verified against home affairs.

Every two weeks or so, I come back to the Ticket to The Moon answer. I had never burst out laughing so much 53:50 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

I have tried to contact the CIPC via email as my company was deregistered due to lack of AR submissions. The reason is that all my comms have been going to the previous tax consultant. Now I am trying to reinstate the company but am unable to change the contact info since there is no option to do so? Ho do I know what the status of my application is?

Please note it is deregistered, you can apply for the re-instatement or register a new company.

So if you paid cash,i brought brick machines under the company company name,i don't use Banks???

I have made a payment before 21 January 24. I have also send prove of payment. I have emailed prove of payment and copy of my ID however my company was deregisterd . I was told to pay 200 then send the prove of payment, copy of id and fill in a CoR 40.5 document. I have done that. Already I paid 700 into absa bank in December and I have also done that process. Pleas advise what must I now do for my company to be in instated?

Hi. How long does it take for a company to be reinstated? I sent all required documents last month 12 Feb but no feedback or anything. Can we file the annual returns even if the company is still deregistered if yes how do we do so?

@@theCIPC thank you. As stated prior, the company is AR final deregistered, I'm unable to check how much I owe thus far. Please assist with the below questions with sufficient info as possible 🙏🏾 1. Should It be possible for me to reinstate the company I understand I'm required 6 months banking statement provided the company has been operating when it got deregistered. How do I then also include(a) AFS/FAS ? Where do I get them? (b) How do I find out how much is owing as I'm unable to check. Entity is unable to file/check contact CIPC it says? 2. Should then I choose to re-register, (a) what happens to my bank account? Do I loose it or I can just update with new Enterprise number? (b) if I loose it, will the funds in the account be transferred to the new account, can you advise on that? 3. Are registration details be online and how long do they take?

Please note you can apply for the re-instatement of your company and provide proof that the company was active before deregistration by submitting the bank statements.

Goo day, thank you for the webinar. It was very informative. Concerning reinstatement, I just wish to know whether one can make use of a bank statement from an active bank account of a dormant company (Company is in Final AR Deregistration phase)? The funds were deposited to keep the bank account from being closed.

CIPC will only re-instate a company or close corporation if: The company or close corporation was in business at the time of deregistration (Sufficient documentary evidence in the form of bank statements for a period of six months before and six months after deregistration are required).

What if a company was deregistered, 2 months after the second outstanding year was due. 2022 - Outstanding 2023 - Due in November 2023 2024.01.30 - Company deregistered No CoR40.4 notice was sent. The director confirmed this, and it is not indicated on the disclosure. Where can we object an unfair deregistration? Thanks!

@@theCIPC this webinar states that the company is placed in deregistration process after 3 years outstanding. This company was placed in dereg process for 2 years outstanding, and now it is deregistered. There was also no notice sent to the director for either of the occurrences. I am happy to submit all re-instatement documents. But I request that I please be put in contact with someone who can assist me directly.

CIPC will only re-instate a company or close corporation if: The company or close corporation was in business at the time of deregistration (Sufficient documentary evidence in the form of bank statements for a period of six months before and six months after deregistration are required). Immovable property is registered in the name of the deregistered business; or The court issued an order re-instating the company or close corporation. If none of the above can be proven by the documentary evidence, the CIPC will not re-instate the company or close corporation and it is advised that a new company be registered at a cost of R125.00 without a name and R50 for each name reservation application (provided that the standard default option is selected).

CIPC does provide e-mail / sms reminders to directors (for companies) and members (for close corporations) PROVIDED that correct contact details have been provided to the CIPC when registering the business or updating its detail. If CIPC does not have the correct information, reminders cannot be issued.
