I've seen several Kickstarter creators bankrupt themselves because they didn't plan for all those extra expenses

I would love to see you do a Medieval Line Bobby, that would be great there are no good 1/12 Scale Medieval Lines that are as accessible and worth the money as Action Force is currently.

I could have sat and watched 2 hours of that.

Hey Bobby! Toy factory question. In your HQ tour you mentioned Mafex being a company you admire. What makes them be able to produce the high quality articulation that US based companies can’t match? I assume you could make molds of equal quality so is it materials cost? Basically, can you explain what it would take for you to feel on par. Thanks!

Interesting when you say that figures of German soldiers, for example, don't sell. I would really like to see a manufacturer like Valaverse develop figures of soldiers from different wars throughout history, starting with World War II, certainly... Nazi soldiers, Allied forces, Japanese soldiers... I would certainly be an avid collector.

Hello Bobby! Recently my Wife and I welcomed our first son into the world! He came out crying but I translated it as “ITS TIME FOR ACTION!” I was thinking the other day while feeding him about the Action Force: Next Generation and if there has been any new news on the kids line?

oh my days! Please please please do Lord of the Rings figures! Yours will be so good! 1/12 scale, modern articulation, each characters unique accessories and heights, modern face painting and the list goes on! The Valaverse line would be incredible and I'd buy them all day 1.

I would prefer a Predator or Expendables line

For the design process, What are the challenges that you face to ensure you're figures/bios aren't going to be pointed at as "stealing from other brands?" 2. Describe the decision making process on WHAT to reveal in upcoming series...Is there a figure that you know people want to see COUGH COUGH Crimson Shadow COUGH COUGH, and you have that figure fleshed out...When is the "Right time" 3. For item 100, You said you'll reveal that in the upcoming weeks...Will he/she/it be a major fixture in the AF lore? Speaking of Lore...This would be a fantastic media to start talking about the expanded world of AF. Go into more depth about what lead to the dissolvent of the United States. How has the rest of the world reacted to what's happening in North America.

Need you to do Lord of The Rings so bad! Diamond Select figures feel barely better than Toybiz and still don’t scratch that figure itch for me. They don’t articulate that well and I really wish they’d mold the faces and hands in flesh color plastic Would definitely prefer your take on the movie and any other incarnations of it.

I’d like to see designs and how the evolve from concept to product.

I would LOVE Lord of the Rings/The Hobbit figures that weren't based on any actors. Ones that could be inspired by the books and descriptions of the characters from within. Maybe with additional characters like Tom Bombadil that never made it into the movies.

Thanks @BobbyVala, I appreciated the insight you gave us into the action figure toy business. I agree with you. You should be all in when doing any kind of business.. Might be Toys,Comic Books, etc. If People see you take the care of doing everything yourself, then the people are more likely support your product and know your going show care in making sure the product gets to them in a timely fashion. 😀 I appreciate the hard work you do and your staff does for a great product that I will continue to buy in the future. I am so glad a good friend of mine that you might know turned me onto Valavere Action Force 6" inch figure line. I wish you the best in the future.

I get why Hasbro won't do WW2 Germans, but would you? As a huge fan of the old 21st Century XD line, a similar WW2 line done to your Action Force standards in 1:12 would would be amazing!

Love that this series is back

Hasbro's biggest problems were: 1. Hiding everything in WINDOWLESS boxes. (Even openers want to see what they are buying before they make the purchase.) 2. Using low quality plastic. (Mr. Vala has talked about plastics a little bit. Whatever Hasbro's problems were it resulted in breakage rates that definitely appeared to be way above 5%.) 3. Poor distribution where some places get nothing while other places seem to be flooded even before ending up at Ollie's. 4. Price hikes going sky high! (Cutting costs and providing less while increasing prices at the same time?! Totally NUTS!)

How difficult is it to get a license for an IP? Obviously already established IPs have contracts in place but if say paramount was putting out a new sci fi movie and Valaverse wanted to try to do figures for it, is it a bidding process or how does that look?

Can you talk about different kinds of plastics and what are they used for? How is the process from 3d printed prototype to test shot? how do you handle tolerances before making the molds?

Will the Garson Calvary get a restock and any upgrades

I don't know how feasible it is for you, but I'm really enjoying Ace's production videos for the Ramen Racer. Any chance of a look at the factory workings during a run of Valaverse figures? Or maybe a series of videos that take a new figure from concept to shipping. Come to think of it, that might be to time consuming. At any rate, keep up the good work! I, for one, will always answer the call to action.

The beginning of the video I thought you were going for evil Mr Rogers.......lol So glad it was not. Bought my first Valaverse figure in January and am hooked. Massively late but doing what I can to catch up. It's not LotR, but have you guys heard of Shadow of the Conquerer by Shad M Brooks? Or for a potentially great superhero line Rippaverse is really good.

I'd love to know if prices are set at the factory, can you negotiate? , also safety testing and plastic science. Environmental impact etc.

I asked a few years back. But since things are different now. Any chance we can get a exo squad inspired E-Frame?

Are there any plans for original lines beyond Action Force? I know you won't give details but curious. Are you going to keep Adult collector focused or maybe one day Jump to something for younger folks. OK I asked this before on 3POA, but I never got an answer, why do the women figs not come with a med pack. To my non toymaker brain it looks like cost savings, but it also should be easy, just put the pack on the same type of leg strap the holster is on. Really just curious. Since you said you don't want to do revisits and redo's you also are getting new fans all the time. Maybe down the road do you plan on doing Version 2's of major characters (Karak, bone collector, Trigger all come to mind). I know I was almost late to the party on this line and did not feel I had a complete Action Force until I had Condor, now I have two with an option for a third so wondered if that was a thought at all.

Keep up the great work. In my opinion, you have the best figures on the market right now. Price, quality, customer interaction. Thank you.

Mr. Vala's advice to new toy companies is to be "all in". That's solid advice and echoes what Dr. Jordan Peterson says about life: "You have to be all in." Actually the "Being all in." advice probably predates everyone so who knows when humanity first realized that simple fact.

Sadly, I missed another live. I wanted to ask if you may ever dip your toes into Sci-Fi military 🪖, like mecha. Articulated Ninja had on his channel of someone who had made a 3D Hiss Mech and a mech cycle called a V-Raptor. Sadly I haven't found anyone selling any already assembled?
