CANNY Jeff Lebo turned a holiday home into a beer can paradise - worth more than a million pounds. The obsessive collector has accumulated more than 87,000 beer cans over the course of 40 years. His inn, located in York Haven, Pennsylvania, displays vintage beer cans, antique bottles, porcelain signs and brewery memorabilia on nearly every inch of wall space. Jeff, 53, believes his collection is the largest collection in the world. He said: “It took me about two years to complete Brewhouse Mountain but I say complete in quotations because it’s never really finished - it’s sort of an ongoing labour of love.

I feel bad for the guy if somebody stays there and steals some of the cans. Imagine if they took some that can't be replaced, he's taking a risk there that I'm not sure I would after dedicating so many years to it!

this guys worst sound is the crunching noise of a can
Recycling centre. Scrap value is $76 take it or leave it
Hey, since today is the 24th of january, I just wanna tell you that I really appreciate your awesome beer can collection!
Barcroft you are the realist, keep it up.
Jeff's the man! Love interfacing with him at the annual CrownVention/Keystone BCCA chapter beer show in Pennsylvania.
Back in the late '70s, when beer can collecting was big in Ohio (I live in Toledo), Buckeye cone tops were the Holy Grail. I never got one, though, and I will take that to my grave. I remember the beer can collecting magazines, telling how much various cans were worth. Asahi, St. Pauli Girl, Coors (yes, that one), the cans from Pittsburgh with the Steelers on them, Fosters Lager, Black Label ... flat tops were worth a lot then, too. This collection is awesome, truly. Thank you for sharing. Those were good times back in the day.
So, that where my 1970's beer can collection ended up
What I like about his collection is that they are arranged neatly :)
My question is, how do they prevent the cans from being stolen if people stay there for the night? From what I can see you can easily grab any of them

Like any hotel, they would prob require personal info plus a credit card for damages or missing cans...

Some of the cans on the wall are worth $5000.00 +. You should stay there and then steal some, see what happens next!
Beautiful Collection
1:13 tipped over can top left.
Very Cool. I bet we are about the same age. I still have my beer can collection from my teenage years.
*Saludos gran maestro. Love and respect!* 🤩👏👏
pretty darn cool!
Very interesting video clip !
So cool!!
Love your collection ❤ Greetings from Slovenia (EU)
Had a great time at The Spring Thaw Beer Collectibles Show . We will see you next year Jeff.
What's actually even better is that his hobby or collection is actually worth something if he ever decides to sell it.
Oh wow! Same situation with my wife with my beer collection. 😁
Perfect🌟
Funny he is sitting in the RAINIER ROOM. I remember finding tons of those colorful cans up in a gully in the mountains and pulling out a lot and putting up in a hideout in an old barn in Montana also the great falls select, shasta, edelweise, brown derby, blue sky, ect, etc.. and many others w/ the narrow necks. 😀🖖
I was working on a house in cape Vincent NY and found an old beer can between the walls. Kings beer made in Brooklyn NY. I had never heard of it so I looked it up and it was made from 1932-1938 and apparently they are kind of rare, people were buying them online for 750 bucks lol it just sits on my bookshelf🍻
Incredible! He should be brewing some.
If a Fallout ever happen, better be in that house.

notabe!! Un Museo de las Latas(can), como hotel. OMG!! Me encanta. Acá en Chile intentaré hacer algo parecido, me apasiona el tema
I had one of those crocheted hats, and a necklace made from the old tops. Do they count?
The coolest thing that I gather from this story his wife has no interest in his beer can collection at all her love admiration and concern for him makes me have a crush on her
Legend says the family fights for who doesn’t get the beer cans in his will
Me and the boys after a friday night of heavy drinking.
beautifull
just image hot much dust there is :) how long it takes to clean all these surfaces :)
i kept a couple Billy beer cans...president carters brother...gone now but i wonder if they would be worth anything if anyone knows
Nice! Looks like my house!......Mine are all American cones, flats and PT's. About 2000! Better than some painting on a wall! And there fairly durable!

Mark Solarz Hey Mark. I started Collecting around 6 Grade. 1980's when It was real Popular. I probably bought and collected around 600 on my own. I seen a post on craigslist A Guy had 13,000 cans all over the world. I Grabbed my Truck and drove 1 1/2 hours. I ended buying 5,000 cans for 250.00 bc that was all I could fit in my truck. He told me I could have the rest for another 250 cash. Never went back. He needed the money bc he just got Divorced and was living with his Mom so the whole Garage was filled with Beer cans. I still haven't built shelves to Display them but I got. some incredible cans and I got to pick them all out ! He didn't have any cone tops but all the Cans were flat tops, sealed tabs, etc. My Wife shit her Pants when I pulled up with them ! Take Care Bud.
that's amazing
2:56 oh no a beer can fell over !
WOW !
The 007 cans are very rare and expensive, and appear to be in great shape.Might be very difficult to replace as they were only test marketed and never went into large scale production.
I bet his wife and him get along real nice when theirs no cameras around..
how many times do you think someone would piss in a can and put it back on the shelf, you would never know unless u smelt it or accidently lifted the can
2:54 poor can
Hello, I want to know when a large amount of cigarette cases were produced in 1988, Marlboro and others, which were not opened before that
I found a really old beer bottle in a 130 year old building. I can't find any info about it on the internet. Is there some kind of beer bottle database lol?
Now thats a fckin beer guy!
If someone tries to break into that house they'd knock over like, 50 cans xD
$469 to look at wall full of beer cans while taking a nap is funny!
Are those full or empty?
are they full
I have a budweiser beer I think from the 1970 or 1980 unopened Japanese version

Did anyone else notice the one crooked can on the stairs?
@moealsharif13

I was hoping he was going up the stairs to fix it. Twice...
Just imagine how much it cost him to just design and build the shelves and cases that they are displayed in. That's gotta be a ton of cash right there to turn it into a museum.
Few Kato s on eBay now, some are pretty decent condition
anyone else notice the knocked down beer in the stair case! lol ocd
What is there was an earth quake? They might drown in beer... (joking)
Good luck with the dusting
