That sergeant snitched on you because you wouldn't bow down to her. No wonder shops up and down the country are being ransacked while the police stand around like goons in hi-vis to protect citizens from imminent danger. Thats how they prefer to fight crime. Standing around chatting with someone who doesn't need a babysitter. Good use of resources.

Police Officer talking like he is a highly skilled and trained Fire Incident Commander. I am a now retired Operational Crew Commander in the Fire & Rescue Service with 30 years experience of incidents like this. There was no risk from where Yardley Ski was. In fact, it was obvious he was just being targeted for harassment.....and.... Around the 32:40 mark where Sergeant said he didn't inform of him recording because he didn't want to interrupt was a quickly thought up blatant lie as it was 'he' who started the conversation and could have easily said he had activated his bodycam.

At any scene where the Fire Brigade are in attendance the scene is controlled by the senior Fire Officer in charge and not the Plod. Outside the FO's cordon, there is no problem filming. This was just the usual Met dross stretching their egos and running interference on a lawful cameraman, whilst a crowd of local onlookers run all over the street in the background. Another reason why this shower are in Special Measures.

No, if you are in a cordon area even before it has been set up, then when requested, you must move behind the taped off/cordon area. It is done for public safety and for the emergency services to operate within and do their job. No problem with filming by the way.

17 million dead worldwide from the quackzeeen, many in UK gone or permanently disabled yet the police did nothing to help the people of the UK and they go on about safety hahahha who are they trying to fool here? They had multiple people going into stations serving them with notices and massive amounts of paperwork evidence of the whole fraud taking place and they did fk all .

I only see this as an embarrassment for the police. They all gave you directives and directions expecting you to meekly obey as most people would. They really don't like being spoken to in a assertive way and for you to defend your position, and if in doubt they start talking copspeak like it's a shield for their lack of knowledge and incompetence.

Both of these comments, whilst valid, appear to me to be irrelevant. The FACT remains that Yardley DID NOT cross any barriers or cordons and therefore the part of the road where he was standing WAS NOT CLOSED OFF. The attitude of the two females, SERGEANT AND CONSTABLE, was absolutely disgusting particularly in the condescending manner and tone they used. The INSPECTOR AND SERGEANT were reasonable, although I did note that the INSPECTOR did not identify himself properly as per their policy and the SERGEANT DIDN'T tell the member of the public that he was recording him. As for their insistence that it was a matter if safety when all these other people were milling about what a lot of shit.

The person of authority at this incident is the senior fire officer present, not the police. The police act under his/her authority and not their own opinion or prejudices. "Trust me" is an indication that you should not trust as they are about to do something out of their competence which will compromise your rights.

🤔I read all the time about how firemen are true heroes, and such, however, I must say that since there are many, many cameras around, we do get to see quite a lot of fires now! ... I have to say, that I've noticed that they don't ever seem to have any water to spray anymore!?!? 😲 ... To me, it always looks like they just collect around in groups, watching, and having a chat, while the flames are right there!!! 😱

We humans are programmed to respond to questions, "are you ok"? Leads to a polite , "yes thanks" (especially with us Brits.) it's an "open question" in psychology, one that needs an answer, it's hard to resist answering ,just through sheer manners. After "police caution", it's a different set of parameters.

It's just a ruse to get you into a "conversation" with them. Pretty much everything they do or say is designed to get you to comply with what they want. The more observant will notice this is often followed up with a seemingly innocuous request to move a short distance away. This is designed to get the subject into a compliant frame of mind and for the police to gauge how compliant they are.

I will protect myself at all times.

It isn’t all sections. Common law (judge made law) is a huge part of it, and police cordons fall under that. So do self defence, and murder. Unless murder being illegal is police ‘making it up as they go along’?

I disagree. Police officers have a duty of care to protect members of the public from danger/harm whether that be from other people/themselves or external dangerous situations. This situation would come under the implementation of a safety cordon in place to limit the harmful effects of exposure to heat /noxious gases and debris to members of the public exposed to it. Other Cordons are implemented in Public Order situations and come under Common Law Powers to prevent harm/breach of the peace and to preserve life. The potential for this building to explode or collapse would come under this Common Law power to preserve life.

HM Parliaments and Governments STATE is a company and like ANY company, for it to have authority and obligations, liabilities and duties, it must have that valid and legal agreement with the alleged governed people. Law is a psychological lifeboat for the feeble of mind. LAW? what law? It tells you in Canon 3228 that all law is presumption. A presumption is nothing of any material substance in fact because it is merely a presumption. WHEN are you going to exit the fairytale of kings, queens and law? I think the entire world can now see there is no such thing. How can bombing people from the air NOT be genocide and completely criminal? Government and police COULD be legal.
