The shape reminds me a lot of the VoidX reward ship you get in the Galaxy on Fire 2 HD game (but with a dramatically nicer skin as you noted). Actually it’s so similar, I’m wondering if it’s a tribute to it.

Yup, but unnecessarily so. EMP/Fusion/Phased Plasma do well enough without sacrificing damage 😊

Kinda sad :) anyways happy new years Captain Benzie Btw how will you setup an Condor Caldari Frigate ? i tryd it in world collide mission yesterday , it cost more in repair bill than i earned , but i t was abit fun , i did it in a pvp spec , i got it done but it was a challenge :)

Any room for a casual solo player in current EVE? I've tried many times to do so and still a severe novice. Got up to a navy issue Vexor and mining barges, skill wise. I usually just scanned down anomalies, hoping for escalations and mined from time to time. Would be open to cargo transport.

EVE is an MMO. The reason you may be struggling is that it's meant to be a somewhat social game. Join a corp. You don't have to be fleeting all the time, but having folks around you is a HUGE help

Hey Captain! thanks for that video once again! I had a question.. I'm noob...would you say with equivalent skillset training, is it better to go missiles or turrets? I was playing with my bro and I had the feeling I was doing much more damage than him and I'm using light missiles and he was using turrets. We are Caldari. Or it really doesn't matter, it's really the fit bonuses that count... but if let's say you had exactly the same damage % boost, tracking etc... would you go turret or missiles? Thank you

Merry Christmas!! It depends on the bonuses of the ships you want to fly, for starters, but assuming you can't decide, it's much the same. Every weapon has ups and downs. Turret application mechanics are a bit more complex to understand (due to how tracking works, you can sometimes get ridiculously high damage which missiles simply can't get, but you can also miss endlessly and do zero damage if you're not sure how to make your turrets work properly) Missiles are very simple, but there's nothing that you, as a pilot, can do to make them better. A small, fast frigate can be one shit by a large turret if the pilot knows how to make sure they get the hit - large missiles will ALWAYS do piddly damage to a small, fast frigate - as an example. Neither is better, they're just different 😊 If you're looking at Caldari too, your turrets are either railguns (decent range, but very poor tracking, so can struggle to hit fast moving ships that are close) or Blasters (highest DPS in the game, excellent tracking, but VERY short range!)

Hi Captain, 2 questions; 1. do you have any video guides on how to find/ run wormholes from high sec space for some one who has never run them? 2. With the Khizriel and Alligator, would both be good for wormholes? Are they good for any other PvE? Since they are not cheap and as a pure PvE player I'm trying to see what else the could be used for for the investment. TY!

Yes, I do! On my page I have a playlist all about wormholes! As for the Khizriel and Alligator, both work in Wormholes and they do missions and DEDs well too!

I just finished the L4 Stop the Thief mission with full webs 😬 Was using a skirmish command burst as I wanted more speed (useless). Shield burst would have been so much better. I survived the onslaught with heat and a mid grade crystal set but I did get pretty low 😬 made sure I stayed aligned though so not too much danger

depleted uranium works well in this also i use it in mine

Honestly I've never heard of it being an issue... Just make sure you're using your EVE login details, not Steam.

Pretty sure republic fleet battery is better and you have more than enough fitting space for it. It's also cheaper.

I'm C3 ratting which has more Neut. The Thukker provide Neut resistance that helps more.

I'll take he third spot. Beautyfull ship and I can afford it but currently they are still a bit to expensive for me to just yolo with

Even after I done everything they need it , they could just say yes or no and job done. I am telling you this not really as a complain but more of something you need to be aware because we are new players around and we need a corp and when we watching your videos and we see the opportunity to play with you and we get disappointed, it is not ok. @@captainbenzie Yes, I can tell by your killboard you're not too good with PvP. Eve is a PvP game, everything else in it is to feed that. So all those NPC's you shoot day in day out, and all those blingy ships you buy for PvE when you don't need to, all of that is feeding the end game - PvP.
